Hi! I’m Ashley, a senior at Penn State with a flexible schedule and a lifelong love for animals. I’ve cared for dogs and cats since I was young, from my own pets to neighbors’ cats and dogs. I’m comfortable with a variety of sizes, energy levels, and temperaments. I’m very active and love long walks, so high-energy dogs are always welcome! I make sure every walk is the full time booked and focused on your dog’s needs. Whether that’s exercise, sniff time, or just some extra attention. For drop-in visits, I’m happy to handle feeding, fresh water, playtime, litter box cleaning, bringing in mail, watering plants, and keeping you updated with photos so you can feel confident while you’re away. My goal is to make sure both you and your pet feel completely comfortable. I’d love to meet you and your furry friend!

Safety, trust & environment
When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize safety, routine, and clear communication. I carefully follow all feeding, walking, and medication instructions and always double-check doors, gates, and leashes. I send detailed Rover cards with photos and updates after every visit so you know exactly how your pet is doing. Your home and pets will always be treated with respect and care.

I could not recommend Ashley more highly. She has watched our two dogs multiple times, and the care she provides goes far beyond simply “pet sitting.” She is incredibly conscientious and thoughtful. She doesn’t just show up...she truly engages with my dogs. She gets down on the floor with them, cuddles them, gives them little massages, and genuinely enjoys playing with them. It’s clear she cares about their comfort and happiness, not just their basic needs. She takes them for walks, is mindful about the treats and snacks they receive, and great with following instructions. I feel totally confident that their routines are being respected. She is prompt, communicative, and always follows back immediately if we reach out. The biggest thing? We feel completely at ease when she’s with them. And as a bonus she always sends us photos throughout our time away...which gives me a peace of mind that is priceless.

Schedule
I have a flexible class schedule this semester, which allows me to offer weekday morning, midday, and evening availability. I’m especially available for weekday midday walks, which are perfect for busy professionals. I’m also open on weekends for drop-in visits. I plan my schedule carefully to ensure I’m always on time and fully present for each visit.
