I’ve been caring for dogs for over 10 years, including my own, and I truly treat every pup like family. I’m comfortable with dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities, and I understand that each dog has unique routines and needs. One of my own dogs has diabetes, so I have hands-on experience with insulin injections, medication schedules, and closely monitoring health and behavior. I know how important consistency, patience, and attention to detail are when it comes to medical care, and I’m confident providing that level of care for other pets as well. Whether it’s walks, playtime, meals, or quiet companionship, I focus on making pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away.

We'd highly recommend Ashley. We were traveling and wanted to explore the area without our dogs. Our girls were very comfortable with her and her family. Ashley sent several updates during the day and even gave us some recommendations for things to do in the area.
I highly recommend Ashley! She jumped in on very short notice and took care of our three wild and eccentric beasts (saying “two English Setters and a chocolate lab” does not do them justice!). The dogs were very well cared for, we had great communication from Ashley and her charges were very reasonable.

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I work from home, which allows me to be present throughout the day for walks, meals, playtime, and companionship. Because of my flexible schedule, I’m able to adjust to each pet’s specific routine and provide consistent attention rather than long periods alone. Whether it’s regular potty breaks, medication timing, or just extra snuggles, I’m able to be attentive and responsive to each pet’s needs.

Safety, trust & environment
Creating a safe, calm, and loving environment is my top priority. In my home, pets have access to a large, fully fenced backyard for supervised outdoor time and a medium-sized doggie door for easy potty breaks. I have two friendly small dogs who are well-socialized and do great with visiting pets. I also have four teenage children who love dogs and are gentle, respectful, and experienced around them. All interactions are supervised to ensure every pet feels comfortable and secure. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their routines closely and respect their space, keeping things consistent so pets feel safe and relaxed.
