I’ve grown up surrounded by animals of all kinds, from cats and dogs to chinchillas and hamsters; and caring for them has always been second nature to me. Whether they were my own pets or beloved animals of friends and family, I’ve gained experience with a wide range of personalities, routines, and care needs. I pride myself on being adaptable and attentive, adjusting my care to fit each animal’s unique temperament and stage of life. In addition to pet care, I’ve worked with children for over six years, which has strengthened my patience, responsibility, and ability to care deeply for others; both human and furry. I currently have cats of my own, and while I recently lost my dog, the love and dedication I learned through caring for them stays with me every day. I treat every pet as if they were my own.

I tailor my care to each pet’s individual needs, routines, and comfort level, whether I’m caring for them in my home or in their own environment. Before providing care, I take time to learn about feeding schedules, medications, activity preferences, and any behavioral or medical considerations. In a client’s home, I focus on maintaining the pet’s normal routine to reduce stress. This includes timely feeding, fresh water, litter box or potty care, playtime or enrichment, and quiet companionship as needed. I am especially attentive to pets who are shy, anxious, or older, allowing them to set the pace for interaction while still ensuring their needs are fully met.

Ashley was excellent with my skittish pup! She even took her to urgent care vet with constant communication while I was a state away. I highly recommend her service!
Ashley was so great for a last minute drop in, I appreciated the communication and her chilling with him while we had to be out of town
Ashley is seriously the best. She takes great care of my Gus, I come home and he’s relaxed & happy. She goes above and beyond, when I come home my house is oftentimes in better condition than when I left! Thank you for all that you do Ashley :)

We are grateful to Ashley for taking good care of our dogs! It’s always hard to leave them, but getting the updates on how they were doing throughout week was nice!! It was good to know that they were being well taken care of!!!
