It has been said to me that my first words as a child were ... barking! While I don't remember that, I do remember always having a connection with all furry companions. I grew up with dogs and cats and on occasion would visit my great grandparents' ranch, with horses, goats and more. I loved giving the animals snacks. More recently, I moved onto a small farm. I helped take care of over a dozen chickens and 2 turkeys; feeding, watering, cleaning the coop. Most of my formal career experience has been in education. In addition to many childcare and classroom support jobs, I also taught public school for 5 years. In either environment, my natural tendency has always been to provide heartfelt nurturing and care. I am not just a sitter on Rover but have used the service myself to board my cat before. I know what it's like to leave your baby in someone else's hands. Please communicate specifically to me so that we can rest assured all needs are met for your beloved pet. I will treat your furry family member like I would want mine to be treated - patiently, attentively, carefully and lovingly and only ask that you communicate any expectations or other information, directly and thoroughly. From there, I will attend to the non-verbal but very sincere communication given by your dogs, cats or other pets - in order to provide the best care possible. (Además soy bilingüe)
