This includes their feeding schedule, medications, allergies, quirks, fears, and any behaviors I should be aware of (such as reactivity, anxiety triggers, or how they handle new people). I also appreciate knowing their favorite activities, treats, hiding spots, and their normal energy level. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can tailor my care to ensure your pet feels secure, understood, and fully supported while you're away.
A typical day
A typical day with me is all about keeping your pet happy, stimulated, and comfortable. For dogs, that usually means plenty of sniffy walks, play sessions, puzzle toys, and a good mix of exercise and chill time, depending on their personality. I love not only physically stimulating your dog but also providing mental stimulation through activities/training. For cats, I follow their lead, whether that's interactive play, wand toys, treat puzzles, window watching, or just quiet companionship for the more mellow kitties. I always make sure they get fresh water, clean spaces, and plenty of affection if they want it. Every visit is tailored to your pet's vibe and energy level, so they're not just cared for, they’re genuinely engaged and enjoying their day.

I have 3 years of hands-on veterinary experience and 2 years of dog and cat sitting, so I’m very comfortable caring for pets of all ages, personalities, and medical needs. I’ve worked with everything from energetic puppies to senior pets who need a little extra support. I’m experienced with giving medications, sticking to routines, and keeping a close eye out for any signs of stress or illness. I’m also patient and calm with anxious or reactive pets, and I take the time to help them feel safe and comfortable. In addition to dogs and cats, I have experience caring for guinea pigs and small mammals, including basic grooming. I’m also happy to help reinforce puppy training, like crate time and potty schedules. My goal is always to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for—just like they would at home.
