I permanently work from home and have a flexible schedule allowing me to take personalized and dedicated care of your fur baby. I have two dogs, Leo (2 year old) and Duke (11 year old), who make for two of the best coworkers a person could have. I love to take them on multiple walks a day around the neighborhood for both their sake and mine.

My boyfriend and I live in a single family house nestled on a quaint street in Fairfax with a beautiful, fenced-in backyard serving as a private sanctuary for dogs of all sizes. Both of my dogs are fully vaccinated and love making new friends ranging in size from extra small to extra large. We have an extra crate in the house and are near several vets including a 24/7 emergency one should anything happen. Your dog will be well taken care of with lots of daily activity. We live close to a secluded trail that we can take your dog on a walk with should they wish to explore outside of our backyard. By booking with me, you can rest assured that I will send you daily photos and updates of your baby. I will do my best to accommodate any requests or training preferences you wish to instill while away.

A typical day
We love to go on daily walks/urban hikes with our pups and can have your buddy join too! We have a lovely trail nearby that’s accessible to many roads and walkways

Pet care experience
Under my care, your fur baby will be treated as another member of our family. I am a long-time dog lover and have taken care of many dogs of all sizes for most of my life. I grew up taking care of a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Cotonese, Lhasapoo, and am now a new mommy to a Goldendoodle I adopted six months ago. Together, my boyfriend and I have Leo who is two years old and loves to play, and Duke, who is an 11 year old Catahoula who mostly sleeps throughout the day but can still kick it with the youngins.’

Ashleigh was fantastic. She provided regular updates and I knew that our pup was in good hands. She has a fenced in yard but also took him on regular walks. He was well taken care of and I would definitely book with Ashleigh again.
