Helping Pups have a Pawesome Time!
I am an SPCA foster volunteer and am looking to help families care for their pups in a comfortable and safe environment. I have fostered puppies and dogs with special needs, like anxiety, end of life care, and post-pregnancy care. I've also fostered dogs from the Princeton 97 rescue. I have one pup at home - Izzy is our sweet rescue girl. In the past, I have been a part of the St. John Ambulance therapy dog program with our late Merle. I have a large, fully fenced backyard, lots of toys, treats, and love. For walks, I ensure they are in shade on those hot summer days, and never un-leash dogs I don't know. My hope is that I can provide your pup with a safe space, a walk, and some joy when their owners can't be with them.

We needed a walker for our senior pup, and Ashleigh stepped up big time for us!! She was super accommodating, professional, great communication and we trusted her immediately. We will definitely be rebooking with Ashleigh!!
Ashleigh is wonderful. Her and her two dogs are so kind and patient with my new rescue pup. My dog has so much fun playing in the big backyard with Merle and Izzy. Ashleigh sends updates and photos throughout the day of what they’ve been up to. We’ve been a couple times for doggy day care now, and will be many more! Our lively dog, Arlo, loves when Ashleigh comes to take him for a walk (and we do too)! Ashleigh is flexible, an excellent communicator, and her love of dogs is evident. We feel grateful to have someone so trustworthy looking after Arlo.
I have so much peace of mind when my pup can stay Ashleigh’s. Especially if I have longer work days. It’s his home away from home ❤️

Schedule
I'm currently on maternity leave, so I will have plenty of time to play with your pups! I am available for dog walking and doggy daycare. At this time I am only accepting repeat clients for boarding. Please note, I only board or host dogs from one family, never putting pups I don't know together.

I have a fenced yard and a friendly pup to keep yours company! I have an extra dog bed, crate, and bedroom if that is something that is needed for your pup. Otherwise, I treat them as my own, and they sleep and stay wherever they are most comfortable.

A typical day
Your pup will receive both physical and mental exercise. Special things we might do are play ball, check out all the new smells in the neighbourood, walk by the river, or check out the dykes and farmlands.
Prices include all fees.
