Hi! I’m Ashleigh 😊 I’ve been an animal lover my whole life and have a few years of dog-sitting experience, caring for both my own pets and my neighbors’ dogs. I’m comfortable with small and medium-sized dogs, and I always make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I offer drop-in visits and dog walking, and I’m available during the afternoon (sometimes early morning)and on most holidays. I currently work during the day, but I’m happy to help on my days off and when my schedule allows. I’m comfortable with puppies and senior dogs, and I can care for multiple pets at once. I’m attentive to each pet’s individual needs and routines, whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or just some extra companionship. I care for pets in my client’s home by following their usual routine as closely as possible to help the pet feel comfortable and secure. I make sure to follow all instructions for feeding, walks, medication, and any specific care needs. I also spend time giving attention, play, and companionship so they don’t feel alone while their owner is away. I pay close attention to safety, making sure doors, leashes, and environments are secure during visits and walks. I also keep the home tidy and respect the client’s space. I provide updates and photos after visits so owners can feel confident their pet is happy and well cared for 🐾

I believe Ashley brought an unauthorized pet into my home while I was gone. There was a dog of hers on my front porch at one point and when I came home both of my dogs ran to the back door barking and I found a pee pad and a dog toy that isn’t mine in a room downstairs that Ashley had no need or use to be in. The doors were also closed in the basement and some items were moved that I did not move before leaving. I asked her if she brought her dog into my house and she didn’t reply. While here Ashley had brought 2 different people over that I was not aware of, one of them had the door code to my house and I did not give authorization for her to give out to my door code to others which left an uneasy feeling. One of the nights she locked herself out of my house at midnight and I had to drive home to let her in, during this time there was a man unknown to me and dog on my porch trying to help her get in and they were arguing. When I arrived home to let her in my dogs were not locked in the area they were supposed to. They should be locked in the kitchen and all of the gates were up in the kitchen but the dogs were in the living room and she couldn’t recall why and said that she thought she locked them up. She also changed her story saying she ran to the gas station and then saying she went outside to grab something, during these conversations she seemed off and to potentially be under the influence of something. The next day I was uncomfortable with how Ashley had been acting while staying at my house so I had asked her to pack her stuff and leave early and had my parents came and got my dogs for the rest of the time I was gone due to me being uncomfortable with having her in my house. When I came home there was trash in my backyard and kitchen left out and some bags of food left out from her as well. Overall not a great experience and would not use her again.
Ashleigh was great companion for our pup ella bean! She went above and beyond when she had a car issue and still got to our pup and take care of her! She was very happy when we got home. She also went above and beyond helping us keep plants watered and odds and ends.! Highly recommended!
Ashleigh took great care of our pets. We got regular updates, and the pets are happy and healthy.
Ashleigh was just great! Will have her back again anytime.

Schedule
I currently work during the day, so I offer pet care mainly on my days off and when I have daytime availability. Pet care fits easily into my routine because I’m an animal lover and enjoy spending time with dogs. I make sure to plan my schedule so each pet gets enough attention, whether that’s walks, drop-in visits, feeding, or playtime. I keep my availability realistic so I can provide reliable, consistent care for every booking.
