I treat your pets like family!
I’ve been lucky to share my life with dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. I have a sweet 9-year-old, 80 lb dog that I rescued as a puppy from Costa Rica. She has anxiety and a handful of health issues—so I’m very comfortable caring for pets who need a little extra love, patience, or meds. I also have a reactive family dog, and I have been through training on how to manage her behavior and am comfortable taking on dogs with similar behaviors. Over the years, I’ve pet sat for friends and family with animals of all shapes and sizes—from tiny seniors to wild 90 lb puppies—and I’ve been through multiple puppy training classes with both my current dog and a family pup. While living in Costa Rica, I couldn't help but bring home two rescues, so I understand the deep connection that can form between a pet and their parent! I genuinely love getting to know each pet’s personality and making sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away, whether it's for the afternoon or an extended period.

Every pet is unique, so I always come in with an open mind and take time to understand their personality, routines, and comfort level. Whether I'm in my home or yours, I tailor my care to fit what each pet needs—whether that’s extra playtime, quiet companionship, medication, or just sticking to a familiar routine. No matter what, I always treat every animal with patience, respect, and lots of love—just like I would want for my own pets.

Ashleigh was great with Kit! I had a a work project over the holiday weekend that prevented me from returning home until late evening. It eased my mind knowing Ashleigh was stopping in to spend some time with and feeding my cat during the day. I recommend her and would hire her again:) Also , Ashleigh takes great photos!
Ashleigh was awesome! We were able to skip the intro due to it being a short turn around and she took care of everything no problem!
Ashleigh was great with Stella and I loved that she kept me informed with everything that was going on with Stella! Would definitely recommend her!
Bevo loved hanging out with Ashleigh! She arrived right on time and fed Bevo dinner & gave him all the love & attention. They had so much fun together :) Can’t wait to use her again!

Schedule
I work from home and have a flexible schedule, which makes it easy for me to provide consistent, attentive care throughout the day. Whether it’s sticking to a feeding routine, going out for midday walks, or just offering some company and comfort, I can easily adjust to your pet’s needs and schedule. I'm around most of the day, so your pet will get plenty of attention and care while you're away!
