'The best doggie Auntie'
[CURRENTLY NOT TAKING NEW BOOKINGS] Ever since I was young, animals have been a big part of my life. My mum had cats when I was little, and when my dad and stepmum got together when I was nine, we welcomed a dog into the family. From a young age, I learned how to care for pets and understand what makes them tick. These days, I regularly dog-sit for friends, family and my clients; taking pups on adventures, showering them with attention, and making sure they get plenty of cuddles. I love getting to know their quirks and always adapt to match your routines and preferences. If my calendar shows I'm unavailable, feel free to drop me a message to double check. I occasionally have evening plans, but I’m usually available during the day for pet care. Please note there may be an additional charge to cover petrol expenses. I'll be travelling from either Porth or Caerphilly.

I adapt my care to suit both your home and mine, depending on the service you choose. At home, I have an enclosed garden that’s perfect for secure outdoor time, but I understand that not every pet is used to that, so I take my lead from you. I always meet pets beforehand to learn about their routines and needs, from feeding times to favourite toys. I aim to care for them just as you would, providing a familiar and reassuring environment. My own dog was lead-walked and could be reactive, so I fully understand the importance of handling with awareness and calm. Whether it’s managing walks with sensitive dogs or sticking to a precise feeding schedule, I tailor my care to suit each pet’s personality and comfort.

Ashleigh was absolutely incredible with our dogs. I'm so protective of my dogs but completely trusted Ashleigh. She was so good with them, followed their feeding schedule took them out for walks and sent loads of photos! Would recommend her to anyone!

Schedule
I work from home most of the time, and my schedule is very flexible. When I'm pet-sitting, I make sure I don’t have to travel into the office during that period, so your pets get my full attention throughout the day. It’s easy for me to build their routines into mine, whether it’s walks, feeding times, or just being nearby for cuddles and company.
