As a current master student I am typically home, although have times in which I may have to drop-in to the school. Located 15 minutes from my home I have cameras installed allowing for constant audio and visual surveillance. I have open availability at this time and my home is occupied by my cats Chaz and Fox. I am home relatively 14hrs in the day allowing for consistent supervision of all pets along with a separate catio (for cat or puppy use) for alone time only if necessary. I also have a room with doors to allow for the distinction of space among pets if necessary.

Dogs in my care have the ability to enjoy long walks at the park, pup cups and exploration of Greensboro nature parks. Cats will spend their day with me receiving constant cuddles and various toys for enjoyment. All pets in my care receive details report about their stay after the end of their stay. Accidents can be cleaned and are no issue and pets have the ability to play as much as they like or sleep as much as they like.

MEET & GREETS ARE MANDATORY for pups with no prior interactions with cats and over the 15lbs weight class. Living in an apartment pups who have a tendency to excessively bark due to reaction to outside stimuli, or subtle noises my environment may not be for your pup. Please disclose if your pet has never interacted with a cat due to me having one in home. If your pup has never interacted with a cat I may not be the right environment for you but, I always encourage a meet and greet to maybe mitigate this exposure. Unfortunately my apartment does have breed restrictions so I am unable to take on a few specific breeds. -Cats must be fully vaccinated as I have cats in my home. All cats in my home are fully vaccinated and on flea/tick/heartworm prevention.
A typical day
Physical and Mental stimulation will be available. Outside time is weather dependent so factors such as heavy rain, extreme heat or cold outside enrichment will be limited for the safety of your pets. I am near many trails, parks and areas for socialization. I have the availability of a dog park for large outside and enclosed space play. This fenced in area will only be utilized by your puppy and never for the interaction of your pup and other for their safety. 15-30 minute walks will take place daily and at the frequency you desire. After feeding dogs will have to wait atleast 1 hour until resuming play due to things such as “Bloat”. Water is always available and potty breaks are scheduled along with as needed.

During this time I have been a dog walker, kennel attendant, Veterinary assistant, Shift leader, and volunteer. I have worked with Dogs, Cats, Horses, Pigs, Rabbits, Guinea Pigs and Turtles. I am a current cat foster and volunteer at a animal hospital as a veterinary assistant. My experience in pet care escalated during my time as a shift leader at a prominent doggie daycare here in GSO. I have the opportunity to focus on dog behavior, boundaries, and educated by NYC dog trainer for law enforcement. I have retained so much information and met with dogs small and large with personality differences anyone could love. I’ve spent days walking dogs at the animal shelter during holidays and an extensive background in customer service. My goal is to provide you with the necessary and top notch care for your pets during their stay with me. I am currently a Masters Animal Science student with a focus in animal health. I have the goal and determination to apply to the fall 2026 cycle of veterinary school and wouldn’t be able to exhibit my impact without offering my services to my community.

This was our first time booking with Rover and Ashlee was a great host! She was very communicative throughout the whole process. After scheduling a meet and greet, we felt great about leaving our pup with her. Duke had a great time filled with lots of playing, which Ashlee made sure to capture and share with me while he was there. She maintained frequent contact throughout his stay which we greatly appreciated.
