Dogs are my passion, and puppies definitely have a special place in my heart! Over the years I’ve cared for everything from cats and dogs to horses, cows, goats, and more, so I’m comfortable with animals of all kinds. I have years of experience training both dogs and horses, so while your pup is with me, I’ll naturally reinforce good manners, structure, and confidence in a positive way. Whether your dog is a playful puppy, an energetic adolescent, or a laid-back senior, I tailor my care to their individual personality and needs. I’ve spent many years raising and training German Shepherds, Great Danes, Dobermans, Aussies, and other large, powerful breeds, but I absolutely love small and medium-sized dogs too. My own dogs are well-mannered and social, and I take introductions seriously to ensure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and part of the pack. My goal is simple: I want your pet to feel loved, secure, and have so much fun that they adopt me as their new Aunt Ash! 😉

I do my best to keep your pet’s normal routine exactly as they know it. I follow your feeding, walking, medication, potty, and household instructions closely and make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, affection, and supervision while you’re away.

Ashlee G was awesome! First, we walked the Biltmore Estate grounds with both borzoi, just for fun and so she could get to know the dogs a little bit. That turned out to be a highlight for me. Then Ashlee stayed with my dogs in my camper van while I toured Biltmore and the grounds more extensively. I felt so comfortable knowing the dogs were safe with Ashlee while I was on the tour. I can't say enough good things about this very responsible and delightful young woman. Wizard, Geisha and I, Thank you!
Ashlee G is great with my dogs. They absolutely love her! I have seen her with other dogs and horses and they seem to be drawn to her. She has a special gift when it comes to dogs and horses. Ashlee has been watching our two Australian Shepherds for the last two and a half years, most of their life really, whenever we go away. They are high strung and rambunctious, and we believe she is a true "Dog Whisperer", as they mind her better than they do us! She has a way with all animals, they seem to gravitate to her, and our two are no exception... they absolutely love her, are excited to see her, and we can feel calm and confident that they are in such good hands while we are away. We all hate leaving our "kids", but she is so awesome with them that I never have to worry if they are getting the proper care, time and attention they need, exactly the right meals/meds for each etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ashlee for your pet sitting needs! ♥♥
I have a little dachshund, who is older and Ashlee has kept her for me many times. My little girls name is Maci and she loves Ashlee. Maci has had a lot of medical issues in her elder years and I would not trust anyone to keep her and give her her medicines , but I do trust Ashlee. The love she shows Maci makes my heart smile , and I can tell Maci loves her. Ashlee has even picked up meds from my vet for her before. I have met several of Ashlees dogs , and they are so behaved and very well trained, whom Ashlee trained herself. Very impressive, and I would recommend Ashlee over and over. She just has a way with animals, and it shows.

Schedule
I work my own schedule, which gives me plenty of flexibility to put your pets first! I’m able to adjust my day around walks, drop-ins, feeding schedules, playtime, and your pet’s individual routine.
