I work 9AM-5PM Mon-Fri, and 9AM-8PM Sat and Sun. I can drop-in visit or walk pets before work, (over the lunch hour during weekdays only), and after work! For boarding and house-sitting pets, I will be home with them other than work, and I am able to provide a potty break on Sat & Sun for boarding/sitting pets.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a house with a fenced yard in Benson. I have three cats who are social and cat-human-dog-friendly. I have three areas (loft, main floor, basement) if pets need to be separated. I am a huge fan of neighborhood walks. Pets will be spoiled!

Information Ashlee F. would like to know about your pet
I am happy to work with pets who have special needs -- just let me know! At Chain of Hope in Kansas City, I was the go-to Foster Mom for shy or anxious dogs, and dogs who had medical issues.
A typical day
For canine clients, we will take a short AM walk before work and get breakfast. I will come home from work at lunch for a potty break and a treat! After work, we will go on a long walk and have supper. Then, we can do whatever the client wants -- snuggle, play fetch, or sit in the sun! For feline clients, I will feed breakfast and supper on their schedule, scoop the litter box daily, and then do whatever the client wants -- snuggle, play with cat toys, or sit quietly together. I love reading books to pets who are elderly or shy, or just don't like a lot of activity.

Pet care experience
I adopted my first dog 20 years ago, and I adopted my first cat 4 years ago! I was a volunteer, Adoption Coordinator, and foster Mom for Chain of Hope rescue in Kansas City for 8 years. My German Shep Harper (RIP) was a Therapy Dog for 12 years. I have been in Omaha for 10 years, and I have taken care of countless friends' pets (for free!) In this economy, I need some extra cash -- but that's the secondary goal. The first goal is to pet more dogs and cats!

Reviews

Ashlee went above and beyond while checking on my anxious cat & my bully cat. I already have another trip in the works and plan to rebook with Ashlee F.

Ashlee was an absolutely phenomenal dog sitter! I'm always anxious about leaving my reactive dog with sitters, but Ashlee took excellent care of my girl, and I'll definitely be booking with her again. She sent regular pictures and updates, and gave my dog all her meds on schedule. I couldn't believe how much Ashlee went above and beyond, even in taking care of my house while I was gone. For a sitter who truly cares about your pet, I would 100% recommend Ashlee.

Ashlee and her partner Josh did such an amazing job taking care of our Tasha. She kept us updated all day, each day we were gone and did a great job sending pictures and videos. She 100% met every expectation for what we needed for Tasha’s care and then some!

She did an AMAZING job with my kitty! She made him feel so loved. Kept me updated with photos and texts letting me know how he was doing. He loved her and we can't wait to book her again!
