I have a very friendly dog at home, however, she does go to work with my partner some days. My dog is high-energy and goes for long walks with lots of sniffing! She also gets 1-2 hours of exercise in a large fenced-in yard of a family member every day. If your dog is high energy we can meet those needs! (Don't worry low-energy dogs, I see you too & you can snooze as much as you want to)

I prefer to know the temperament & disposition: dog/kid/-friendly, active, less active, reactive, nervous etc. I have no problems with any but it helps me to give your dog the best experience possible.
A typical day
I love any and all animals and will treat your baby as my own. I enjoy being outside and active and know many dog-friendly places for adventures. I take my own dog to the Portsmouth Dog Park often. Playing, roughhousing, and cuddling are my specialties!

Pet care experience
I have been caring for dogs and other animals for most of my life. I started when I was 13 and have never stopped. I have a rescue of my own and view her as part of my family; I know exactly what it means to care for pets on a daily basis. I believe that trust between the owner, pet, and carer is so important, and will do my best to make you feel confident your furry family member is taken care of correctly and with lots of love. I also have training and confidence-building experience with all ages and personalities. I only use positive-based training methods. I am comfortable with reactive dogs! I am comfortable with fearful or nervous dogs. I can give medication or potty-train, no problem.

Ashlee did a great job watching our dog for almost 2 weeks. We would definitely recommend her. It is clear that she loves dogs and our dog seemed very happy when we picked her up.
