I have a fenced in yard and a 3 year old golden retriever to keep your pup company! I also have two active kids that love to run around outside with the dogs, walk them, or snuggle them on the couch. We take 2-3 walks a day and try our best to keep whatever norms you have for your pup the same while they are at our house. Please know that your pup will get SO much love and play time while you are away.

It is very important to me that I am made aware of any special needs your dog may have before they stay here. I want to ensure they are happy and comfortable while they are with me and I can do that best by knowing everything there is to know about them! I like keeping up with your schedule and making sure we stick to what they are most used to at their home while they are here.
A typical day
I love to take the dogs on walks, either nice long walks in parks or trails near our house or shorter trips around the neighborhood. We walk 2-3 times a day. I love interactive play with toys, balls, sticks in the back yard, or tug of war with toys in the house. Some dogs really enjoy relaxing, watching TV while laying on my lap getting loved on. Whatever mood your dog is in I will accommodate.

I’ve had pets my entire life and for the past three years, I’ve started caring for others in addition to my own. I have experience caring for dogs with special needs, and of all different sizes and breeds. I have a 3.5 year old golden retriever, Birdie. She loves when all our pup friends come stay with us. I love all dogs, from puppies to seniors. We have a big fenced in yard and love going on family walks. Any specific requests for them? Let me know! I allow them on my bed and couch, unless you prefer them not to. I always keep the water bowl full and pets happy and healthy.
