Me And Your Pupper Enjoying Nature
Caring for and sharing space with my fellow earthlings is in my DNA. I had the privilege of growing up with cats, dogs, reptiles, rodents, and fish as a kid. I've since cared for many puppers and felines (both elderly and young). I documented & created educational dog videos under the stewardship of the beloved Robin Wenham of "Wit's End Dog Training". I have experience with high-energy farm dogs that want to be taken on daily 3 to 8-mile hikes in the backcountry, as well as elderly dogs with special needs who need a lot of gentle TLC. I'm a nature-lover, and I intimately know most of the trails and parks in Placer County, so I'd love to take your pupper out on a gorgeous stroll through some of the most beautiful parts of this region. I currently have 3 fur babies myself (Taro, Auri, & Tensoon), and they are my family. My husband and I consider them our children. I believe in creating a Bond of Trust with animals involving positive reinforcement, patience, attentiveness, and, ultimately, compassion / empathy. We are lucky to share this planet with so many wonderful personalities. I believe that creating space for connection and play is not only beneficial for us humans, but for other animals and the planet as a whole.

I have 3 darling adopted furry felines: Taro Sticky Bun (Baby Sweets), Auri (AKA Ducky Pudding), Tensoon (Mister Gentleman). My husband and I consider them our family, our children. We have thousands of photos of them and way too many made-up songs / jingles just for them. We adore all animals and often spend time walking or sitting our friends' puppers as well. I am Pupper Auntie to Jax, Mia, Ama, Rhiza, and Ari, and I adore them to pieces. I believe it is our prerogative to connect and play with all of our furry friends!

Ashlay was just wonderful to my Annie and Lucy! She gave them lots of love and attention, and she did extra things like cleaning their bowls. I came home to a happy and relaxed fur family.
I have known Ash for many years now and I truly can’t say enough how devoted, passionate and loving this young woman is. My dog Jax and I have trusted her with caring and loving us many of different times over the years, and I really can’t say enough how lucky anyone is to have her care for their animals. She has worked on farms, and has taken care of her own pets and watching her take on the work of caring for animals on Rover is really exciting. Not only does Ash have a big heart for all beings, but she truly is one of the most honest people I know and will be a devoted soul to any task she takes on. Her good character, honesty and integrity make a wonderful person to care for our fur babies! Ash is the best! She's so genuine and caring. I know many people she's taken care of pets for and she always does an amazing job! She even worked with the dog trainer that has helped train my dog!! I have and would continue to trust her with my pets. Definitely recommend booking with her. :)
In my knowing Ash for almost a decade I can confidently say that I have never met anyone else to show as much love and affection and flat out top tier care for our furry friends as she does. I don’t hesitate to leave my little furry gremlins with her because I know she will love and take care of them as her own. I can always trust her to be responsible and put the wellness and happiness of my dogs first and to be honest seeing her level of love for others pets is akin to witnessing an artist at their craft. In my time knowing her I have seen many a dog including my own be rather upset to be returning home after spending time with Ash, they’d just rather stay with her! She’s very knowledgeable about the trails in placer county and one major thing my dogs love about spending time with her is they always get to go on new adventures and explore new woods which is very important as many dog walkers will put the bare minimum and take a dog on a measly walk around the neighborhood they’ve seen a thousand times but with Ash it’s always a great new adventure. When I need someone I always think of her first for my furry babies!
Ashlay went above and beyond to take care of our fur-baby Rhiza! She is truly exceptional. It’s clear how much she cared about making Rhiza happy. Their adventure hikes were paws-itively incredible, and Rhiza always came home with a wagging tail. Ashlay didn’t just walk Rhiza—she went above and beyond, spoiling him with cuddles, love, and extra attention. It’s obvious how much she loves what she does, and Rhiza couldn’t have been in better hands. Thank you, Ashlay, for making every walk so special for Rhiza! 🐾💕
They say that animals are the best judge of character and all of my dogs have been madly in love with Ashlay. She knows all of the trails and parks in all of the Placer County area and has always been able to take our dogs on the absolute best adventures! Her techniques of positive reinforcement and a lifetime of being an animal lover makes me feel very at peace to know that Ashlay will always take the best care of my fur babies. She is one of the very few people on this planet that I can absolutely trust to be there when I need someone to help out with my dogs.

Schedule
I am a photographer / videographer / social media manager. I am available any time Tuesday - Saturday, as I make my own hours and have freedom on those particular days.
