I’m a dual careerist who works from home. Because I’m a realtor, I’ll occasionally have to pop out but I’m usually home for most of the day. My household is up early and up late. Perfect for any fur baby schedule. I’m a planner so If I’m going to be gone for the weekend or any specific day - my calendar will reflect that information.

I have an extremely clean and nice size backyard. Perfect for fetch or simply running in circles. I’m a neat person. Paws will be wiped and lotion applied after playing outside, noses will get some cocoa butter balm to keep them soft, and a light brushing to keep this fur clean of debris.

A typical day
A day in the life at the Thompson house includes an early morning potty break and time to explore the backyard. Once relieved, it’s time for breakfast! If your baby is allowed scraps they’ll get some after I cook breakfast for the two legged ones.. After all bellies are full, the weather decides our next steps. We’re either going on a walk or we’re going to hang out at home and play with any of the LOTS of dog toys to run out some of that energy. If it’s a cloudy day, we might snuggle on the couch and watch a movie with dogs as the main character. Once throughly ran out or tired, I’ll have them Go to their beds or to the couch for quiet time. Quiet time is usually an hour and allows me to straighten up the house. After quiet time it’s snack time! We have plenty of tasty treats. I prefer to take another walk, play fetch, or head to the dog park for an hour or two if the day allows. We will do SOMETHING that involves movement. They’ll eat a good good dinner (I’ll top their food with a doggie meal topper if allowed) to fill their bellies and they’ll get two more potty trips before bed. Potty breaks are usually every 2/3 hours unless the baby lets me know they need to go sooner.

Pet care experience
This Fur-Mommy LOVES doggies! I am a fur mommy to mixed breed loving 5 month old puppy. I’ve had many dogs in my past who have all lived to be old and grey. I have one small child who is at school during the day who also loves doggies probably the most out of all of us. . I work from home and my schedule is extremely flexible leaving plenty of time to care for the fur babies.. My yard is large enough to allow your bigger doggie to run wild and small enough that your small dog won't get lost. I've had dogs my entire life. I'm really good with giving them attention and I love to take them on walks (great exercise for me and them!) I also do great with dogs with special needs. So if your puppy needs to be carried, I'll carry them. My home is extremely dog friendly, your doggie will love coming to visit me. For those who are worried about the multiple pups in the home, I’m Happy to do a meet n greet to ensure that we all mesh well. We can also work something out if you'd rather it only be one dog around your dogs.

Always has been great with Miss Patsy

Best experience ever! My dogs were loved on, protected, taken on walks, cuddled and well fed. If you Are looking for an experience that mirrors your own home, look no further Ashanti made my two pups so comfortable and relaxed. Warm, clean, loving home, with kindness and communication the entire time! I’ll be booking with her again soon.

Outstanding service! I highly recommend Ashanti to anyone that's looking for a kind, attentive, and responsible dog sitter. Kahlua had a great time with Arrow.

Ashanti was so kind and flexible with our last-minute pet sitting request! She took time out of her holiday weekend to take care of our fur babies while we were gone, and she went above and beyond to make sure they were cared for. She was great with our pets, too. Our dog loved the extra attention!
