I'm a lifelong animal lover and dedicated dog walker! My journey began 19 years ago as a volunteer walker at the local humane society. Since then, I've worked in a variety of rescues, kennels and doggy daycares, looking after dogs and cats of all ages, sizes and energy levels. As an owner of a special-needs dog myself, I specialize in shy, fearful or reactive dogs and practice fear-free, positive reinforcement training techniques. If your pup has behavioral issues, send me a message to set up a free 30 minute meet-and-greet to address their special needs! I understand the importance of trust when it comes to your beloved pets. Rest assured, I prioritize the physical and emotional wellness of your furry family member above all else.

Asami is wonderful—so patient and kind with our rather anxious, guarded and sometimes yappy little dog! I am so impressed with how quickly she earned our Ellie’s trust, and ours. She is so easy to work with and provides us with great peace of mind.
Asami took great care of my cat while I was away, and everything was in order when I got home! I would definitely recommend Asami for petsitting.
Asami was amazing to work with, communication was great, and also a top notch photographer from the Rover check in pictures! I could tell my 2 dogs and 2 cats just loved spending time with her, and she made things very comfortable for me as a first time Rover user with an in person check in to meet everyone, and consistent check ins during the time she sat for us, showing grace under pressure as my cats tend to escape! Asami managed 4 animals over 3 nights and 4 days. I highly recommend working with her if you can, I will be booking with her in the future for sure.
I had a great experience with Asami. She stepped in to help on short notice and did an amazing job with our puppy. He came back from his walks happy and thoroughly worn out, which was exactly what he needed. She was friendly, on-time, and clearly loves pups. I’m looking forward to booking with her again!
