I'm currently employed part-time in the evenings, which means full-time daytime attention and as many walks and outdoor time as needed, even on weekdays. My husband is in-office/remote hybrid and home in the evenings, so he will also be watching and walking the dogs in the evenings on the days that I work.

We have two small-medium dogs of our own that would love to spend time with your dog as well (provided they're not exceedingly larger than them). While I do not have a private fenced yard, we are in a very quiet complex with lots of grassy areas for walks. We’re also located right up the hill from Marymoor Park and Lake Sammamish for outdoor adventures.

Please let me know what daily life looks like for your dog - from feeding/walk routines, to favorite toys and spots to be scratched - so that I can provide for your dog to the best of my abilities. My ultimate goal is to make sure he or she feels as comfortable and safe as possible. I also absolutely cannot get enough of taking photos of dogs, so be ready to have an influx of your pup's adventures and moments throughout the day!
A typical day
My husband and I are both love the outdoors, and enjoy hikes and taking our dogs out on the weekends. The weekdays are relatively relaxed, mainly consist of staying in and watching sports on the TV while snuggling with our dogs. As I have lots of free time on my hands, I'll be able to take dogs out very frequently on weekdays as well. We also live in the Marymoor area which is a very dog friendly neighbourhood, so we can bring your pup along to join us on lunches and strolls around town.

(ATTN returning clients: we have moved from Capitol Hill and are now located in Redmond) Hi there! My husband and I are both animal lovers, with two dogs of our own. We moved to the Greater Seattle area two years ago from Vancouver for his work. I am currently employed part-time sparsely and my husband is hybrid - which means one of us is home at all times, making it perfect for dog sitting! Both of our dogs are rescues, and we have sat for many different temperaments and characters of pups; our home is fully equipped for all things dog care!

Asaka and her husband were wonderful! I used them for daycare for my dog Peach, and they were extremely kind and communicative. Very flexible when I was running later than expected, and always responded right away. Asaka sent pictures multiple times throughout the day so I felt very informed and reassured. Asaka even made sure to ask about part of a toy that she found in Peach’s poop out of concern. Totally went above and beyond, and Peach came back happy and tired every time. I’ll definitely be returning for daycare and boarding!
Asaka and her husband were incredibly kind and flexible! Also, they live in a dog-friendly environment with plenty of grass areas. We asked for DayCare service this time, and they sent us frequent updates, so Iwe felt completely at ease leaving Coco with them. Their pups, Brie and Hana are very calm and gentle. Coco is a picky eater, but they tried multiple times to see if she would eat her meal. We’d like to use their daycare services again!
Nick (Maltese, 2.5 years old) stayed with Asaka for 5 days and had a great time with Asaka, her husband, and their 2 dogs. Asaka was very communicative and sent plenty of pictures. We would love to book again with Asaka next time we are going to a vacation that we can’t bring Nick with us.
Asaka loves to spoil you with lots of cute pictures of your pet and took the best care of my pup… sends a lot of updates to keep you informed and loved Ollie like her own🩷🩷 definitely going back to her when we need a sitter
