I live in Astoria and am currently a public school teacher in East Harlem. I am available for drop ins and to walk dogs most days in the late afternoon/evening after school. I am usually available for house sitting depending on my schedule.

Pet care experience
I’ve had much experience in taking care of cats for the past 6 years and am adept at being able to identify their needs and making sure they feel safe, satiated, and happy! I’m formerly a volunteer at the Catstoria Cat Rescue and gave much care and play to the sweet rescue kitties! I have experience reinforcing and introducing new tricks to both dogs and cats to help with any behaviors you are trying to redirect and change. I’m always sure to be consistent and even more stubborn than they are. 😉 I have experience administering meds to cats and have done so with kittens, adults, and seniors.

Asael is absolutely incredible!! If you’re looking for someone to watch your pet that is communicative, loving, playful, and will put your mind at ease while you are away look no further than them! I cannot recommend them enough!
Asael was amazing at keeping us in the loop with our cats! He was thorough with the reports, pictures, and videos. We felt very at ease having him caring for the kitties, especially since he took extra steps to ensure they all were comfortable and got treats. Will definitely be rebooking in the future!
Asael is responsible and attentive. He cleaned after Ponchita’s regular vomits and equally regular litter issues with no complaint. He communicated regularly and gave me a peace of mind while away.
