I've owned dogs my whole life and love taking care of them and having them around. I trained my dog I grew up with so have experience doing that and also kinda retrained an older border collie I took care of a few years ago. I work from home so am almost always at home. Your dog will find a happy home-away-from-home here!

Arvid and his roommate are fully capable of handling a high energy pup. Coco had a great time with them! They took Coco to the Off-Leash park (after asking for my permission) and took him on a long walk during the day.
Wow, what a lucky find to come across Arvid and for our first Rover experience as well! Incredibly generous with Maple with many walks, adventures and plays. I appreciated the photos and updates- excellent communication throughout. Highly recommend, Arvid will be a Maple buddy forever!

Arvid was great! We were very nervous to allow our 3 dogs to be cared for by a person who didn't already know our dogs well (3 rescues, each with their own unique personalities). We reached out to Arvid on short notice because we saw on his profile that he works from home, and that would allow our dogs to be supervised 24/7. He we quick to respond to let us know that he was available and willing to take ALL 3 of our dogs. He checked in with us the day of drop off to make sure that our drop off time worked (we were late), and so he was available to come out and greet us upon arrival. The dogs connected with him immediately and walked straight into his house. He sent us pictures and videos when they were on walks. He gave us updates on how they were doing. Even though it was a short visit, Arvid took great care of our dogs and they seemed very happy and content when we picked them up later in the day. We will definitely be using him again!
Arvid accepted a last minute request and was very accommodating with our lab. He responded to messages and checked in with photos.
Really happy with Arvid, great guy that took great care of my dawg! They did all kinds of adventuring. Important to me my pups living his best life, Arvid definitely gave him that. Will definitely take my pup to Arvids next time I'm in the area.

Schedule
I work from home so I am almost always home. I’m active and go for runs with dogs that need that level of exercise plus I have an off-leash park a 3 minute walk from my house.

I live in a townhouse so your pets would be inside except for when I take them for a walk or run down to the park or along the valley trail.
A typical day
A typical day for me is working from home with a couple of breaks where I like to get outside myself (even without pets) so your pets would have a chance to get outside during the workday then would take them for a longer walk or for a longer time to the off-leash dog park.
