Safety, trust & environment

My flat is located on the second floor, with only a few steeper steps, which I always take into account when caring for dogs. For senior dogs or dogs with mobility issues, I have a secure pet carrier that works as a little “lift” 🙂, ensuring safe and comfortable access. There are no other animals in the flat, and the environment is quiet, calm, and low-stress, ideal for dogs that value peace and routine. I am CPD-trained, with certifications in Canine First Aid, Dog Behaviour & Body Language, and Dog Walking Safety, and I always prioritise safety, careful handling, and your dog’s well-being.

Information Artur K. would like to know about your pet

I usually work from home. On some occasions, however no more than 1 day per week, your dog may be left alone for up to 4 hours. For the safety and well-being of your dog, you must inform me in advance of any health conditions, medications, behavioural issues, unusual habits, or special needs. This is especially important if your dog suffers from separation anxiety or has a history of destructive, reactive, or anxious behaviour when left alone. For boarding and doggy day care, I provide a short intake form covering your dog's routine, feeding, walks, behaviour, and emergency contacts to help ensure safe and personalised care. Please provide your dog's food, favourite toys, and any comfort items. I adapt my care to each dog's individual personality and needs, always prioritising their comfort, safety, and happiness.

A typical day

I usually work from home, so your dog stays with me throughout the day between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, with regular breaks for walks and playtime. On the days when I need to be in the office, your dog may be left at home for a short period, but never more than one day per week and never longer than four hours. The daily routine includes: • a morning walk before work, • a midday walk during my lunch break, • a longer, more energetic walk after work, • and a final short walk before bedtime. I love providing both physical and mental stimulation through fun games, exploring new scents around the neighbourhood, and visits to a large nearby park. At weekends, walks are longer and more flexible, allowing plenty of time for exploration and burning off energy. All walks, playtime, and daily routines are tailored to your dog's age, breed, energy level, and your personal preferences.

Artur looked after Lexi like she was his own. We had regular updates about her day and she settled in almost immediately. Lexi is a very nervous dog and can’t be around other dogs and Artur did such a good job. Honestly, we couldn’t have wished for a better experience for our little rescue. Thank you again Artur!

I couldn’t have asked for a better home to leave my nervous little rescue in. Artur clearly loves dogs and is very experienced. My dog is nervous, reactive and wants a lot of attention, all of which Artur managed really well. She had a lovely time and was treated like a beloved family pet. I won’t hesitate to leave her with Artur again. Thank you!
