I always loved cats over the dogs and cats were always by my side since I was child growing up I always had at least 2 cats and was always trying to bring stray cats to home😃. I like taking care of the cats and I am sure do know how to do that

My cat ingested laundry detergent that was left accessible while in the sitter’s care, resulting in two emergency vet visits and a follow-up visit. The sitter’s profile stated he works remotely from home, but he was not home when the incident occurred. I was not aware until the emergency that his wife, who was never mentioned on the profile or during the Meet & Greet, was also providing care. When I needed to pick up my cat urgently, I was told no one would be home from 5am to 5:30 PM because they were both at the office. My cat required oxygen support at the ER. I had to cut my international trip short to return and care for him. Rover’s Trust & Safety team reviewed this case, waived the $250 minimum contribution, issued a full refund of the sitting fee, and approved all veterinary claims.
Artem and his wife did a great job watching my two kitties. He was very accommodating to their needs and kept me updated throughout the time I was gone!
