A & C Dog Lovers
Note: at this time, I only offer sitting for dogs; I don’t currently accept cats. My wife Chris and I are dog lovers :) We have two dogs of our own, 2 Flat-Coated Retrievers named Zoey & Chloe. We treat our dogs like they are our children and we will do the same for your dog :) I work from home as a Real Estate Appraiser and my wife has a flexible schedule in Strategic Planning. I love to take our dogs to Hickory Park, right across from our house, to play with our neighbors dogs. We also hike in Sycamore Canyon which is 5 minutes away and swim at the beach which is 15 minutes away. Although we have air conditioning, in the Summer I set up a small pool where the dogs and I can cool off :) I have been taking care of my neighbors dogs for years when they go out of town and would love to take care of your dogs as well :) Why do we want to do this? We know how difficult it is to find someone to take care of our most precious animals the way we do, nobody treats your dogs like you do :) We would love to give them the best care, unconditional love and time that they deserve in a healthy and safe environment :) Arnold

Arnoud and Chris are absolutely fantastic! They recently kept our beloved Zola for a full week, and we couldn't have asked for better care. From the updates we received, it was clear that Zola was not just looked after, but genuinely loved. She completely adored both Arnoud and Chris, which made our time away stress-free. A huge bonus was how well Zola integrated with their two dogs. The whole group had a blast! Zola came home happy, relaxed, and perfectly well-adjusted, clearly benefiting from the companionship and playtime. They are reliable, communicative, and treated Zola like their own. We highly recommend Arnoud and Chris to anyone looking for sitters who provide exceptional care, especially if you're looking for a warm environment with other friendly dogs. They will absolutely be our first call for future sitting needs!
Arnoud and his wife are amazing with my dog. Honestly it’s not exaggeration when I say they are the best dog sitters I have found, and not just in this area. The level of care and attention they give the dogs is as if it’s their own dog. Never a worry or concern when leaving my dog any amount of time.
Arnoud and Chris took so such good care of our dog, I'm pretty sure our dog had a better vacation than we did. Was walked and socialized more than expected. Received many photos/videos. Would use again.
Arnoud was great. He provided lots of photos and videos and that helped us feel completely as ease during Koa's 11 day stay. His yard and home are very pet-friendly and he is definitely a dog-person. We will definitely use him again.
Arnoud was very kind, caring and informative everytime we spoke. He sent photos and videos during a long week stay of my dog and his interactions. It was reassuring to see how much fun he was having with Arnoud and his dogs. I really like the setup at their home and back yard to ensure free roam in an enclosed safe space. He truly loves animals and treated my dog as his own. I admit Mochi (my dog) definitely was a little sad leaving him after being there for 8+ days. I appreciate all of his tips and advisement especially how experienced he is with dogs. Definitely will be coming back to Arnoud for all future dog sitting needs.
Arnoud was great with Teddy. You can tell how much he cares by his communication and care of all of the dogs he watches. Teddy loves it here, we definitely will be back!

My wife and I work from home which gives us plenty of time to play with your pups. Dog sitting is my main job and passion.

We have a fenced in yard with two very, very friendly Flat Coated Retrievers that love to play. Your pup will be in a safe and fun environment.

A typical day
Our neighborhood park Hickory is right across from our home and we are a 5 minute walk to Sycamore Canyon State Park. I love to walk the dogs in these parks, as well as play catch in our backyard.
