Armella did an excellent job taking care of our two dogs. She fed them, played ball and took some cute pictures. She is a great communicator. We will use her again for sure.

We needed a late notice sitter and were very appreciative of Armella stepping up and sitting Frank. She was very friendly and communications were on point! Highly recommend Armella and will be using her services again. Thank you so much!!

Having booked Armella on 3-4 separate occasions, I would NOT recommend her anymore. She does not do the work she was paid to do and deprived my cats of water and a clean litter box. I booked her to check in on my cats for 30 minutes a day for 6 days. Here are the issues I observed: - She was tardy every time. The cats eat at 5:30 PM, which is what time the reservation was for. For almost all of the times, she showed up between 8 and 9 PM. When I politely asked if she would come earlier or let me know if she would let me know when she will be late, she didn't seem to care that the cats were going hungry. - She did not stay for the 30 minutes I paid for. On average, she stayed around 17 minutes. - She did not play with the cats, which is what she agreed to do and what I hired her for. None of the toys were touched when I came back, even though she knows where they are. I have a cat camera in my kitchen to monitor my cats' automatic feeder, and based on that, she seemed to just sit on the couch on her phone the entire time. - She did not clean the litter box every time. The litter box was so disgusting when I got back from my trip. My cats have never had bathroom accidents, yet they had 2 during this booking. The last one was on the day I came back (at 7 AM). She was supposed to have cleaned the litter box when she was there at 9 PM the night before, but when I checked it less than 10 hours later, it was completely full to where one cat had to go to the bathroom outside the box. Again, they have NEVER done that, nor is there any way both of them went to the bathroom that much in less than 10 hours. Rather, it looked like it had not been cleaned in 2-3 days. - She did not refill the cats' water fountain once in 6 days. She knows she is to replenish the cats' water, yet she did not. When I came back home, the water fountain was dry. I don't know how long they went without water. - She was rude to my front desk concierge at my apartments. My apartment complex concierge is very friendly, but when I met with her after I returned, she was upset because Armella was extremely rude to her when she dropped by for check ins. I don't know what changed with Armella. I tried to contact her and get her perspective to see if she had something going on that might explain her actions. While I did not expect full transparency, any details or explanation of difficulty would have prevented me from writing such a negative review. However, she was not interested in communicating with me and refused to explain herself. Ultimately, I did not want to write this review, because I believe in working things out with the sitter, but she left me no choice when she refused to help me understand why she was such a negligent sitter this time around.
