I have many years experience owning and training dogs so I understand how to make them feel safe and happy. I hold a Level 2 qualification in Canine Care & Welfare (Ofqual 603/5731/9). I know how hard it is to leave your pet in some one else’s care so I am careful to follow instructions and keep pets on their routines, give them affection and attention.

We were so impressed by Arlina! We have a shy and nervous Havanese and it was her first time staying with a sitter instead of going to family. Arlina did a superb job of making her feel at ease and at home and we were really delighted and reassured with the photos and videos she sent while we were away. We won't hesitate to send our pup to her again.
Absolutely amazing experience..! Arlina and her family welcomed our dog Rosie into her home. We were sent regular updates of daytime country walks and evening cuddles, keeping us happy that Rosie was having the best time. Would definitely recommend, we will be booking again for sure ….
My dog had stayed with Arlina for the day before but this was the first time he boarded with her. I'm once again extremely happy with the care he received and have complete confidence that he was well looked after and got lots of lovely walks and playtime. Arlina gave regular updates and kept in communication throughout the stay.

Schedule
I work from home with lots of flexibility so I can alter my routine for animals in my care. My home suits animals with different routines and I have time to make sure that they are settled and happy.

My place is secure but with lots of space. I am here all the time to keep them happy and in their usual routine. It is important to me that animals in my care feel confident and happy and work my time around them to help them relax.

A typical day
A typical day starts with a few minutes outside for toileting and a scamper about, then back inside for breakfast. Everyone get feds on their own, so my dogs and any other dogs staying (always by mutual agreement of both doggie parents) will always get their usual food, in their usual dish and be allowed to eat it in peace and quiet. After that we often play ball in the garden and enjoy a good run around. Depending on the weather it might be time for a snooze in the garden or in front of the patio doors which is a nice sunny spot in winter. Of dogs need lunch that will follow them there is a good afternoon walk, tailored for the specific dog’s needs…some like a lot and some like a little. Usually everyone is ready to chill out following the walk and we have quiet time until dinner time. After dinner, again a toilet break, and then settle down for the evening, maybe watching TV or reading a book. There is a last toilet break before bed time and everyone sleeps in their own beds and separated from our dogs or other visiting dogs.
