My husband and I both work full-time; however, we provide dependable care with quality morning check-ins, occasional midday visits as needed, and attentive afternoon care during weekdays. In the evenings, we tailor care to your dog’s needs—whether that means going out for walks and playtime or enjoying a more relaxed, calm environment at home. On weekends, we are available for full-day care, with the exception of Sunday mornings due to church commitments (feel free to ask for specific time frames). 😊 Boarding in our home may become available after the summer, though this is currently tentative. At this time, we care exclusively for dogs and are committed to making sure they have a fun, safe, and engaging experience. Our friendly and energetic pup loves to play and is always excited to meet new friends! 😁

We provide a safe, comfortable, and structured environment for pets in our home. We have a fully fenced backyard for supervised outdoor time, and inside, we use dog gates to help manage space as needed. We are also able to crate dogs if that is part of their normal routine. My husband and I are very hands-on with care and treat every pet like part of our family—making sure they receive attention, supervision, exercise, and plenty of affection throughout the day.

This includes things like dietary restrictions, medical needs, training cues, or any triggers we should be aware of. Additionally, please let us know if you are comfortable with your pet being around another dog in the event of an emergency or last-minute care. We always prioritize safety and compatibility, and will communicate with you in advance whenever possible. Having this information allows us to provide the best possible care and create a safe, comfortable, and positive experience for your pet.
A typical day
We love keeping pets engaged, happy, and active while they’re in our care. Depending on each pet’s personality and energy level, we incorporate activities like daily walks, trips to the park for fresh air and exploration, and interactive play such as fetch or tug-of-war. We also include light training and enrichment activities throughout the day, using positive reinforcement and treats to keep things fun and rewarding. When appropriate, we may include small outings, like pet-friendly errands, to provide additional stimulation and variety. Our goal is to make sure every pet feels comfortable, entertained, and well cared for—while also having plenty of time to relax and unwind.

We strive to maintain a consistent weekly routine that balances our personal schedules with the needs of our dogs. Their care is an important part of our day-to-day life, so we make time for regular physical exercise, mental stimulation, and plenty of breaks. We also ensure they have consistent feeding times, along with occasional treats to keep things both structured and enjoyable for them.

Arlin & Edgar were absolutely fantastic! Very communicative, provided many updates and pictures, and took my dog on so many excursions while I was gone so she wasn’t stuck at home. Would definitely use again and felt very at ease leaving my dog in their care.
So happy Murphy was able to stay with you guys! I appreciate the updates and thank you so much for taking good care of Murphy for the long stay.
She took such kind and attentive care of my baby, Peanut. I felt completely at ease because she kept me updated with photos, so I could see how Peanut was doing and how happy he was. I would absolutely love to book her again in the future.
