Cat & Small Dog Care
I specialize in caring for cats and small dogs in a calm, quiet home environment. I’m a lifelong animal lover with over 15 years of hands-on pet care experience caring for dogs, cats, puppies, senior pets, and shy or anxious animals. I specialize in small dogs and cats, providing a calm, safe, and comfortable environment where pets can relax and feel at home while their owners are away. My goal is to make every pet feel secure, loved, and well cared for. I understand that leaving your pet with someone new can feel stressful, which is why I treat every pet as if they were my own and provide updates and photos so you always know how they’re doing. I offer boarding, house sitting, drop-in visits, extended visits, and daycare depending on your pet’s needs. Whether your pet needs playtime, cuddles, feeding, medication, or just a quiet companion while you're away, I’m happy to help. I have experience caring for puppies, senior pets, and cats with unique personalities, and I always take the time to learn each pet’s routine so they stay comfortable and happy. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities.

Ratings and reviews
I needed cat boarding for a last minute work trip and Arlette came through. Location was very convenient to the airport. She was very flexible on drop off and pick up times. I have a very shy kitty and she was able to have her own space. Thanks so much!

Arlette is trustworthy, dependable, and super caring with my guys! I highly recommend her!

Arlette was like an angel sent to watch over my babies. It was a last minute situation because I was left without a sitter. After communicating with her for about a day and a half I invited her over to meet the guys. My babies took to her straight away. She was punctual and asked great questions. By the time she left I knew I would be comfortable leaving her in my house with my babies. On the first morning, she came super early so that I could make a 6am flight and not leave the guys alone. She was authentically attentive and genuinely concerned about them when they looked sad for a full day after I left. We strategized and came up with a plan that worked. By the second day, she got their tails wagging again and engaged them in play. I could see it on photos and videos she sent. The best thing that I like about Arlette’s housesitting services is that she actually stays overnight. I was happy with the work she did and would be happy to recommend her services!

If I ever need a sitter in the future, Arlette will be my ONLY option. She put me at ease about having to leave my 9 week old puppy for 5 days. I got updates multiple times daily, countless pictures, and when Skunk came home, I could tell from her demeanor that she was nothing but spoiled the whole time she was with Arlette. She allowed her to sleep in bed with her and gave her all the cuddles she needed. I am so happy I found her and will absolutely recommend her to everyone I know.
Arlette has taken care of my dog for almost 2 years now on a weekly basis while I work and I must say I am very pleased with her work. My dog loves it when she comes over, his behavior has improved since she started taking care of him. He is much less hyper and doesn't bark so much anymore, he learned to sit and wait for his treat rather than him just trying to snatch it off my hand. He stays outside in the backyard now without any scratching of the door going on. She takes him out for daily walks for potty breaks and exercise. She also goes above and beyond to do other services I don't require her to so such poop-scoop clean up, bring in my daily mail, throwing the trash and taking out and bring in my trash bin on trash days. She is extremely sweet and helpful and I would definnately recommend her any day. ??

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
Please note that I do have resident cats in the home, however, they are in their own cat room, so if your dog(s) or cat(s) are not cat friendly do not worry they won't be anywhere near my cats. I have an enclosed backyard so there's no way for your dogs to escape from. I also have 3 dogs of my own whom they can play with if your dogs get along with other dogs. I do crate them when I'm not watching them, for example when I step out for store runs or when showering. This is for safety purposes only - aside from that they are free to roam.
