Our house is so empty!
We lost our 2 guys in spring 2024 and the house still feels so empty! We’re missing the company and companionship and would love to love your dogs. We are fit, outdoorsy people, but also super happy to snuggle on the couch:-). We only take dogs from the same family at one time - we believe in full attention for your furry child.

Arlene and Kevin are amazing! We are so glad that we chose them to take care of our Kipper while we were away. They really went above and beyond providing daily updates, photos and even celebrating his birthday! Highly recommend if you are looking for someone to treat your pet like royalty.
Arlene and Kevin were fantastic hosts! If my pup could write a review he would give them 5 stars and slobbery kisses. This was our first time leaving him with absolute strangers and from the moment we dropped off we k ew he was in great hands. They were attentive and caring and made Oliver feel right at home. He sure was disappointed to leave! We will absolutely be booking with Arlene and Kevin again!
I am extremely happy that we chose Arlene and Kevin to watch Roman for the weekend. They were both very attentive and loving to his needs and Roman took to them immediately. When picking him up, he was relaxed and you could tell he was well taken care of. I would highly recommend Arlene and Kevin and hopefully they will be available for us next time. Thank you!
Murphy is a nervous but gentle dog who is very attached to me. He had his first stay with Arlene and Kevin and I think everyone had a good experience and they were patient with his comfort level. Murphy was happy when I got back and had eaten so that’s a sign he was comfortable. I think he especially enjoyed the backyard views of squirrels and birds. They sent me an update letting me know he was settling in and that helped put me at ease. I’m happy he’s welcome back and will go for another visit soon!
We had a great experience with this couple watching our dog, Marley. They were kind, attentive, and clearly cared about making sure he was comfortable and well looked after. It gave us peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. Marley seemed happy and well cared for when we returned. We would definitely use them again and appreciate the care they gave him.😊
We left our puppy with them for 9 days while we were on holiday, and we couldn’t have asked for better care. They are genuinely warm, sincere, and truly love animals. They treated our puppy like their own and kept us updated every single day with pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind. We came back to a happy, relaxed, and well-cared-for puppy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and loving sitters. We will absolutely book with them again!

Schedule
We are both retired and can walk dogs once/day and/or take them to the fully-fenced school yard for some off leash rambunctious ball throwing. There’s someone around nearly all the time for belly rubs, snackies and play. NOTE: If your dog likes walks, he/she needs to be leash trained. Otherwise, they can have as much playtime in the backyard as they need!

We have a fenced back yard and a park behind the fence. Our dogs loved sitting on the deck watching the comings and goings of the neighborhood in the park. We have hardwood floors throughout the house.
A typical day
My husband wakes up early and lets the dog(s) out. Then, if it’s time for breakfast, he feeds them. If not, I feed them when I wake up. After I make a coffee:-), we go for a 20-30 minute walk. Potty times and feeding are always on the dog's schedule. After dinner, play and snuggles and then bedtime pee.
