Pet care is a central part of my daily routine, allowing me to provide a high level of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. Because I spend most of my time at home, pets are rarely left alone and receive frequent potty breaks, walks, play sessions, and plenty of one-on-one attention. I maintain a flexible schedule and can accommodate a variety of feeding routines, exercise needs, medication schedules, and special requests. I keep my Rover calendar updated and pride myself on quick communication, reliability, and regular updates so owners always know how their pet is doing.

Safety, comfort, and personalized care are my top priorities. I live in a spacious 4,000+ square foot single-family home in South Riding with multiple living areas, a large finished basement, deck, patio, and plenty of room for dogs to relax and feel at home. The layout of the house allows me to comfortably separate dogs when needed, making it a great fit for pets who prefer their own space or require individualized care. I also have experience caring for our family’s Jack Russell Terrier and understand that every dog has a unique personality, routine, and comfort level. Whether your dog enjoys social interaction or prefers a quieter environment, I can accommodate their needs. Dogs are always supervised during outdoor time and are never left unattended outside. I carefully follow each pet’s feeding schedule, exercise routine, medication requirements, and sleeping preferences to help them feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. In addition to supervised time at home, I have access to beautiful neighborhood walking paths and nearby parks throughout South Riding, providing dogs with safe exercise, mental stimulation, and outdoor enrichment. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat their home and pets with the same respect and attention I would my own. Owners can expect regular photo and video updates throughout every stay for complete peace of mind.

A typical day
Every dog is different, so I tailor each day to their personality, energy level, and routine. A typical day begins with a morning potty break, breakfast, and exercise. Throughout the day, dogs enjoy supervised indoor time, outdoor breaks, walks through the neighborhood and nearby green spaces, play sessions, enrichment activities, and lots of companionship and affection. Active dogs can enjoy longer walks, games, and plenty of opportunities to burn energy, while senior dogs or lower-energy pets can relax comfortably and enjoy a calmer pace with gentle exercise and attention. Because I am home for much of the day, I can provide frequent interaction and individualized care rather than simply checking in between other commitments. My goal is for every dog to feel comfortable, engaged, and cared for as if they were part of the family. Owners can also expect regular photos and updates so they can see their pet enjoying their stay.

Dogs have been a part of my life for years, and I’ve spent extensive time caring for our family’s Jack Russell Terrier, helping with everything from daily walks and playtime to feeding, supervision, and maintaining routines. Through that experience, I’ve learned that every dog has a unique personality, energy level, and set of needs. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and creating an environment where they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. Whether it’s an energetic dog who loves long walks and playtime or a senior dog who prefers a calmer pace, I adapt my care to fit each pet’s individual routine and temperament. I live in a spacious home in South Riding with plenty of room for dogs to relax, play, and receive individualized attention. The layout of the home also allows dogs to be comfortably separated when needed, helping ensure a safe and stress-free experience for everyone. My goal is simple: to treat every dog as if they were my own and provide owners with complete peace of mind through attentive care, clear communication, and regular photo updates throughout their stay.
