Missing my dog, ready to love yours
As a master's student at UCL, I recently relocated to London and had to leave my absolute best friend behind in Delhi - my 4-year-old English Cocker Spaniel, Scotch. Dogs truly are a human's best friend, and I miss our daily walks and playtime immensely. Since I can't be with my own pup right now, I want to channel all that love and energy into caring for yours! I understand the immense trust it takes to let someone look after your pet. I am highly reliable, attentive to detail, and will treat your dogs with the exact same love, patience, and enthusiasm I give to Scotch. Whether it's an energetic walk around the Bloomsbury area between my classes or a comforting drop-in visit to break up their day, I'm here to make sure your furry family members are happy, safe, and well-exercised while you are busy

Safety, trust & environment
Because I am exclusively offering walks and drop-in visits, respecting your home and keeping your pet safe in their own environment is my top priority. On walks, I am highly vigilant of traffic, other animals, and street hazards, ensuring your dog stays securely leashed and comfortable at all times. For drop-ins, I will strictly follow your house rules regarding feeding, restricted areas, and locking up securely before I leave. Having raised my own dog from a puppy, I am very attuned to canine body language and can easily spot if a dog is feeling anxious, tired, or unwell.

Arjun was brilliant, and I highly recommend him. I believe Leo was his first Rover sitting, and having recently had a bad experience with another sitter, I was quite nervous about using Rover again. I had an initial chat with Arjun beforehand, and one of the things that really reassured me was that he’d previously had a Golden Retriever himself. He asked intelligent, thoughtful questions about Leo and it was obvious that he genuinely cares about animals and has real first-hand experience of dogs and their behaviour. Leo is 13 months old and at peak adolescence, so he’s a big, excitable young Golden Retriever. We also live in central London, so I need someone who is confident, sensible and genuinely experienced with larger dogs. Arjun clearly understood what he was taking on and was completely unfazed by Leo’s size or energy, which I really appreciated. I find that people with limited experience of larger dogs often make a point of their size, whereas someone who really understands dogs knows how to handle them appropriately. Most importantly, Leo was very well looked after and was happy and relaxed when I came home. There were no issues at all between Leo and Arjun and I felt that Leo was in very kind and capable hands. I would absolutely recommend Arjun and would happily trust him with Leo again.

Schedule
Since I am entirely focused on my final master's thesis right now, my schedule is incredibly flexible. I have no fixed lectures to attend, which means I spend most of my days doing desk research. Stepping out to walk your dog or dropping in for a playtime session is actually the perfect study break for me! Because I manage my own hours, I can easily adapt to your preferred schedule, whether you need an early morning stroll, a reliable midday check-in, or an evening walk.
