My name is Ariella. I love dogs and cats, and all animals, and consider it an honor to care for, and be loved by them, in return. I have been watching + caring for my friend's and neighbor's animals (dogs, cats, and a bearded dragon) for 18+ years, and decided to put myself on Rover. This includes 1 elder dog who needed specific human food, and to be watched carefully, 1 elder dog who needed 3 different pills at different times each day and to be lifted up and down the stairs. And my own kitty after he recovered from surgery to remove skin cancer- where I administered pain meds via syringe. I even once dog sat for two weeks on a tiny Greek island, where my instructions were not to let the dog off the lead no matter what because otherwise, she might go and kill another mountain goat. Which would put pressure on the owner to put her down. I of course, obliged. Luckily, other than her stealing a chicken leg from some wild island cats on one of our walks (she hopped over a little stone wall and came back with it in her mouth, and suddenly 12 cats were following us, and we walked a little bit faster home) it was joyful and drama free. ;) I have a 13 year old cat named Tulu. Your dog, cat, bird, reptile or fish, etc. will be in very caring hands.

I come to your & your pet's home. Per your instructions, I make sure to feed them, freshen their water (and wash the bowls if needed), clean the litter box(es) for the cats, and fulfill whatever other instructions are given, such as administering meds. In addition, I have all the love and pets to give, and depending on the animal's preferences, I'll give as much as is desired!

Schedule
I am self-employed, and schedule Rover visits and clients for my business as they arrive, so if you're booked, you're priority. If I say yes to a job, I consider it part of my most enjoyable work life.
- Cats0 to 15 lbs16 to 40 lbsAriella can host up to 1 drop-in per day
- If your dog pulls very hard when being walked, and they are a big dog, I won't be the right fit. I can handle it, but prefer not to. But I've walked all sorts of dogs, trained and untrained, and enjoy it. In general, I am open to all breeds. If there are any behavioral needs I should be aware of, like what makes them anxious and how they may respond, that would be helpful.
