Overall Ariela was really good however we did have a small issue. We booked 3 drop ins with her with the understanding that Rover drop ins were 30 minutes. The first two drop ins were only 10 minutes long and we were a little confused. I reached out to Ariela prior to the final drop in to get clarification but did not receive any response. She did stay for 30 minutes on the final drop in but we were a little upset that we didn’t get a response/explanation for what happened. Overall Ariela was a good sitter and I would just ensure everyone is on the same page with details prior to booking again.

Ariela is outstanding! First she was able to come last minute, second she was able to handle the instructions of my automatic cat feeder (which can be finicky & slightly complicated) and third she came on time! My cat is also super shy but warmed up to her and came out of hiding. Ariela is great with communication, friendly and reliable. She watched my cat for 5 days. I feel very confident and comfortable leaving my pets with her for an extended period of time. I would book with her again in a heartbeat! She gets the human and paw seal of approval!

Avriela was great! Really sweet and was there when she said she would be to take care of Lou! I would definitely use her again!
