*Important* To the fellow pet parents & animal lovers alike, I’d just like to step in and thank you for considering me as your pet caregiver! I’m honored & grateful for the opportunity to care for your 4 legged family member. If I become your final choice and plans are arranged for a meet & greet, dates have been booked & both parties have confirmed your booking via the app, I just wanted to kindly & respectfully request that ALL of you wonderful parents, be mindful of cancellations. I completely understand that life happens, things change that are out of our control that allow cancellations to be of the utmost necessity; given said occurrences and situations. However, if you have a back up caregiver in mind outside of the app, a family member, a friend or just something that cause for you to feel any amount of uncertainty towards your booking, I strongly encourage you to please exhaust any of your other potential caregiving options prior to booking with me. I do have various different gigs and this one is my highest paying one. When a client cancels, it becomes quite difficult, overwhelming and frustrating to have a booking default to void after being reassured that my services are required. I genuinely enjoy my Rover clients and do hope to care for as many fuzzy friends as I can but financially & emotionally, I can’t afford to have clients that dangle confirmed bookings & then rescind them. Please be 100% sure that if you’re booking with me, you will keep your scheduled appointments if you’re absolutely capable in doing so. This constantly reoccurring issue is becoming far too frequent & this is my best effort & attempt at getting a handle on things.
