Attentive,Intuitive Loving Pet Care
Hello, pet parents! 🐾 We live in Sebastopol, CA and visit my dad who is a retired local doctor in Warwick, NY..in October 2026.. I’m Ariel, grew up locally and lived and traveled the world, now happily home. I sometimes come with my daughter, Ella who is a 10 year old cat/animal whisperer, and very occasionally with Swedish husband, Mats (also background checked:). I offer drop-in visits for feeding, cuddle/play time+ for cats and dogs+, and dog walking in Sebastopol. *I also offer overnight pet/house sitting in the Warwick, NY area when I’m visiting family (see my October 2026 calendar), and occasionally in Sonoma county. *A little Rover note: I joined Rover a couple of years ago and was just getting started when a family illness shifted my attention and priorities for quite a while. *I’m now back and happily opening availability again.( I did continue care for animals/animal parents that had already been under my care, outside of Rover, during that time, and I’m looking forward to building my Rover community up, too:). I have a soft spot for animals who need a little extra understanding—shy, nervous, cautious, quirky, young, older, escape-prone, or simply very particular! I pay attention to their signals and let them show me what they need. I’m often the person who ends up with a cautious cat or dog coming to sit at my feet—even when they don’t usually approach new people. 😊 I’ve grown up with and cared for animals my whole life, and our family currently includes a much-loved part-ocelot rescue cat. *Your pet’s comfort, safety and happiness are my priority while you’re away. I’m always the primary responsible caregiver. My husband Mats (also on Rover and background - checked) and occasionally our animal-loving cat whispering 10-year-old daughter Ella join me, yet only when you agree and your pets are comfortable with it. I’m warm, attentive, patient and playful—yet, equally happy to give an animal the quiet space they need. Your pet family member(s)’ safety and care is my top priority. See my reviews and the high level of trust they reflect. Mutual communication is a top priority:). I work and care with responsibility, loving awareness, kindness and attention to your home, yard, gardens, gates and environment. I enter gently, calling your pet’s name so they know I’m there, and slowly open doors/gates to help keep escape artists safely inside:)). We’ll enjoy time together in or outside according to the moment, your instructions, their energy, health and the plan. Having grown up with cats, dogs, ducks, rabbits, birds and more, I understand that every animal has their own temperament, personality and preferences—including how they like (or don’t like) to be picked up, held and approached. Getting to know each other with care is a priority. Through living, traveling and working around the world, I’ve cared for animals in many different kinds of homes and environments. I’ve also had our own pet sitters/carers, giving me firsthand experience of what it’s like to entrust someone with your beloved animals and home. Your home and pet(s) are in good hands. My intention is for you and your pets to feel at ease and have a safe, happy experience all around:).

We were living and meeting in the same neighborhood in San Rafael in California and became close friends. We have remained in close touch ever since. We have visited each other plenty of times overseas, mostly in Europe (Prague & Hamburg) or in California. We also traveled together with our Partners to Thailand in 2015. Ariel is a very dear friend of mine and I appreciate so much about her. I value her integrity and her kindness with people and animals. I know Ariel for more than 10 years and she is wonderful with animals. They like her and she likes them. She always had pets around her and is great with them. She can spend 20 minutes getting a spider out of the house alive rather than harm it and that is Ariel; caring, thoughtful of others and a good friend to any pet or animal on earth.
Ariel is a caring, creative, trustworthy and very responsible person. You will not have to worry about the safety or treatment of your pet while Ariel is watching them. She will act in your behalf, follow your instruction and make sure they are taken care of

Ariel is a true animal lover. She is kind, responsible and caring. She’s been dedicated to her own pets as long as I’ve known her. I would hire her to care for mine in a heartbeat if she lived close to me. She is trustworthy and pays attention to details.
Hello to all, Ariel is loving and cariing person to all living creatures, especially to those whoam need extra attention. Her energy is calm and joyfull. She has pets on her own. Schedule
My schedule has some flexibility. With my home studio, virtual clients and office, I’m home much of the day, and many days I coach and work from home. There are various late mornings (occasionally earlier mornings), mid-days and eves available. With the exception of some school drop-off and pick-up times for my daughter, I’m available for loving up, walking, etc. at/from your home or in your neighborhood, as well as some in-home daycare/visits or, occasionally, at our house where we have our cat.

- Let’s all have a good time:)). For truly happy pets, knowing their likes, quirks and habits ahead of time helps us make a sweet connection from the start. The more I know, the better we can prepare, relax and enjoy our time together. Tell me what helps your pet feel comfortable and at ease—whether they love to play, be around people and noise, prefer quiet, walk quickly or slowly, explore, or stick close to home. Also helpful: how they do with other animals, kids and new people, and anything else that makes them uniquely them, out in the world and at home. **For overnight stays, I also love knowing their nighttime rhythm—where they sleep, how they settle, whether they wake during the night, and any early-morning habits. I value a good night’s sleep, too:), so knowing their rhythms ahead of time helps us all rest easy and enjoy our time together. I love a sweet, friendly pet who enjoys people and kids, yet I’m also happy to meet a pet who has their own way of doing things in the world: maybe they’re grumbly, cautious, independent, or simply want company, a little movement, or their own unique kind of care:)). Let’s make their time with me the best it can be:).
