A typical day
I love to start the day with a neighborhood walk. For higher energy breeds there's a nearby field to get some running in playing fetch. In the evening we'll go for another walk or run to Bowen park, the seawall, or other local trails.

My partner and I travel often so we aren't ready for a dog of our own. But we love to dog sit for our friends. We've taken care of small and big dogs from Pomeranians to St. Bernese. My family dog growing up was a border collie. He joined us as a puppy when I was 11 years old, so caring for dogs, especially high energy breeds, is second nature.

Ariel and Jennifer were able to accommodate a last minute booking for me and my dog was immediately comfortable and happy in their care. Their calm presence and comfortability around animals was a huge reassurance, and Juno was happy and tired when I picked her up. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Ariel’s calm demeanour was great for our giant bouncy dog. He enjoyed rolling in the grass in the safe and large backyard. Would highly recommend Ariel and Jennifer.
We left our 3yr old Bernese Winston with them for 5 days and we’re very happy with the care. Ariel and Jen sent updates about what Winnie was doing and how things were going. They were also very prompt in response to questions and scheduling. I’d absolutely recommend and will ask for their help in the future!
