-With 25+ years of hands-on experience, I’ve cared for dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds, ages, and personalities. From energetic puppies and large breeds to seniors and pets with special medical needs. -My first dog was a diabetic Labrador, so I became comfortable with medication routines early on, including administering injections and caring for animals requiring extra attention. I currently have a friendly, well-trained female German Shepherd whom I personally trained through an instructor-led K-9 obedience program as a puppy. That experience gave me a strong foundation in obedience training, canine behavior, and confidently handling large, strong dogs. I’m equally comfortable with the smaller breeds and have cared for breeds such as Shih Tzus, Pomskies, Spaniels, Chihuahuas, Pomeranians, and many others. -While I’m newer to Rover, I’m not new to pet sitting. I have established clients I’ve cared for over the years, and working remotely has now given me much more flexibility to take on new furry friends. -I have open availability and my own reliable transportation, making it easy to accommodate different routines and schedules. I love long walks, outdoor time, play sessions, and enrichment, but I’m just as happy hanging out with a pet who prefers calm companionship. I tailor my care to your pet’s normal routine and personality rather than expecting them to adapt to mine. -I know leaving your pet and allowing someone into your home requires a lot of trust. I follow instructions closely and pay full attention to my surroundings and your pet. Safety and security are always my top priority. I’m mindful that I’m a guest in your home and will always respect your privacy, personal space, and property. -You can also expect plenty of communication while you’re away. I’ll send updates and photos so you know exactly how things are going, and do everything I can to provide a smooth visit. -Feel free to message me with any questions! I treat every pet as if they were my own and make sure they feel secure, loved, and well cared for while you’re away.
Ratings and reviews
Ariel was excellent with my dog when she was around. I have a very energetic Brittany Spaniel who can be overwhelming, especially with strangers who might not be ready for her. Ariel was very patient and handled her equally as well. They spent a lot of time walking together, and hanging out when she got tired.
