I have had a special companion by my side since I was 5 years old. I cannot imagine living life without a dog by my side. I just left my job of 23 years at Aultman Hospital to pursue what makes me happy inside, and that is working with animals. I am currently enrolled in a holistic canine massage therapy course and am learning techniques to help dogs with injuries, arthritis and joint pain. I will treat your pets like I would treat my own and respect your privacy and property while caring for your fur babies. Please email me with any questions you may have. Aarika is fantastic and dog loving! My dogs didn’t even mind being away from home. She goes the extra mile every moment and it felt great to not worry about them while we were away!
Aricka was so thoughtful and sweet, from giving our dog lots of walks and play time to sending many pictures for me! So kind and great with our dog -- I hope she's available the next time we need a dogsitter, because she did a wonderful job and our dog would love to go back again!!
Aricka was amazing and sent updates the whole time, I could tell Nyx was happy and comfortable. Definitely will be asking Aricka for help in the future!!

Aricka and her husband were absolutely lovely! They took such incredible care of my dog and kept me informed on how she was doing. Highly recommend them and I know Bella will be excited to go back! ❤️
If I could give 10 stars I would. This was the best sitter we have had and will be using repeatedly! She listened to our concerns, offered various accommodations, followed all directions for our dog on a raw diet, and even washed our dogs containers. She gave multiple updates throughout the stay, and our dog who has seperation anxiety absolutely loved his stay!!! She definitely treated him as part of the family! We will continue to book, couldn't ask for a better caregiver!

Schedule
I am currently available to watch your pups full time on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturday. On Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays I work from 8:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. I would need to leave your pets alone in my home on those 3 days of the week. I have a boxer named Buefferd, I adopted him from the dog pound in 2015. We jokingly call him King Tut in our house because he rules the roost in our home. Buefferd is super spoiled and enjoys his day's leisure. :) ***UPDATE*** Buefferd recently passed away at the end of August 2024. We are dearly missing his presence. I can now watch your pets for overnight stays at my home in Perry township. We have a doggie door with a small fenced-in area if your pet is used to this accomodation. If not, I will gladly chaperone your pet on a leash in our large back yard.
A typical day
I can do drop in visits, or take your dog on a walk. I am a fast-paced walker. Just let me know what your pet prefers.
