Dogs have been a part of my life since I was just five years old, when I met my first furry friend. From that young age, I learned what it means to have an unconditional bond with an animal who is always there for you, no matter what. Over the years, I was lucky enough to share my life with four incredible dogs, each one unique but all bringing an abundance of love, laughter, and companionship. These dogs, both big and small, lived full, beautiful lives, staying with me for over 15 years each, leaving paw prints forever on my heart. Now, I find myself in a chapter of life without a dog by my side, but the love I have for these loyal companions hasn’t faded. In fact, it’s only deepened with time and the memories I cherish. That’s why I’m so excited to be on Rover — it’s a way for me to keep sharing that love with other dogs and to offer them the same warmth, attention, and joy I would give to my own. When you entrust your dog to me, you’re giving them to someone who sees them as family. I’ll make sure they feel at home, whether it’s with belly rubs, playtime, or just a cozy place to rest. They’ll be safe, loved, and cared for — because that’s exactly what they deserve.
