I work remotely with a flexible schedule, which makes it easy for me to plan my day around a pet’s needs- whether that’s morning walks, midday check- ins, playtime, or sticking to a specific feeding routine. Caring for animals isn’t something I’m squeezing in; it’s something I look forward to and can easily prioritize.

When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, my goal is to make their world feel as steady and familiar as possible. I follow your established routine closely- regular potty breaks, mealtimes on schedule, daily walks, play sessions, cuddle time, or whatever your pet is used to. I pay attention to their moods and preferences so I can meet them where they’re comfortable, whether they’re energetic and playful or more shy and slow to warm up. I’m patient and gentle with new personalities, and I do my best to keep stress low by maintaining the rhythm they already know. I give plenty of attention and affection, and I make sure their physical needs, emotional needs, and little quirks are cared for with the same consistency you provide at home. I also keep your space tidy and respected while I’m there- clean food and water bowls, locked doors, lights the way you left them, and any small home routines you request. Most importantly, I’m committed to your pet’s safety and comfort. I’ll keep a close eye on how they’re doing, communicate with you throughout your trip, and make sure they’re cared for, loved, and fully supported until you’re home again.

Before sitting, it’s helpful for me to know your pet’s normal routine, their personality, and anything that makes them feel especially comfortable or uneasy. I also like to know: • Their favorite things (e.g. toys, treats, games, comfort items) • Feeding schedule and any dietary needs • How they handle new people, other animals, or being alone • Any medications, health concerns, or mobility issues • Vet information in case of an emergency • Household rules (furniture, crate routine, walking preferences, etc.) • Any quirks, anxieties, or habits I should be aware of • Nicknames or communication cues they respond to (words, tones, routines, etc.) The more I know ahead of time, the better I can match your pet’s routine and keep them feeling safe, understood, and loved while you’re away!
A typical day
I tailor activities to whatever your pet enjoys most. For energetic pets, that might look like walks, play sessions, fetch, or exploring their favorite sniff-spots outside. For more relaxed pets, we’ll enjoy gentle play, enrichment toys, cozy hangout time, or simply being together in a calm space they like. I pay attention to their personality- whether they love chasing toys, solving puzzles, sunbathing, or just staying close by- and I make sure they get the right mix of fun, comfort, and engagement throughout the day.

I’ve grown up in a family that always opened our home to animals- dogs, cats, and even the occasional bird. Whether we were helping friends, fostering, or adopting them into our family, caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. Once I started petsitting on my own, I realized just how special getting to know every pet’s distinct personality is. My goal is always to keep their routines steady and familiar while you’re away, so your pets feel safe, loved, and completely at ease.

Ari or Auntie Ari,as are fur babies know her, is absolutely wonderful! She has been watching our pups for 2 years and is 100% trustworthy and reliable. She loves dogs and is very responsible, which makes us know we are leaving them in good hands. We highly recommend Ari!
Arianna was so great with my labradane pitt, Boba. My dog is really friendly but he’s 91 lbs and can be a little intimidating. He can also be antsy when I’m gone for a while. Arianna was very comfortable with him and gave him so much attention and made him feel at ease while I was gone. She’s his favorite dog sitter for sure. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
Miss Ari took care of our two standard poodles and she is very trustworthy! It can be scary to invite someone into your home and care for you animals but Miss Ari is someone you can feel at ease with! She follows directions well and keeps in good communication. I’d recommend her to anyone who wants their babies cared for in the best way!
