The person that was suppose to check in on our pets canceled on us and we were already in Houston for our planned trip for my daughter’s baseball tournament! I found Rover, and asked Ariane same day to do the drop in and she accepted, as two others couldn’t. And her customer service was amazing, she sent us videos and pictures of our pets and even fed our pet fish! Highly recommend Ariane.
5 star experience! I cannot recommend Ariane hughly enough. She sent detailed updates, including multiple photos and little anecdotes about the visit. She strictly followed all of my dogs feeding and medication instructions and asked if I had any questions before leaving. I could tell that she genuinely cares for animals and will be booking again in the near future!
Ariane is great with dogs. I was a long time customer of hers in NC, she watched my Doberman puppy and eventually her dogs and mine even became friends :)

A veteran, stay-at-home mom and work from home, and lifelong dog lover. As a military family, we understand how important it is to keep our dogs safe, loved, and well cared for when we have to travel for work or visit family. I know how much peace of mind it brings to know your pets are in good hands, so I’ll treat your dogs with the same love, attention, and care that I want others to give my own when we’re away. I’m a passionate animal lover who truly enjoys spending time with dogs of all kinds. I believe every dog deserves care that matches their personality, whether that means fun outdoor adventures, gentle walks, or cozy cuddle time.
