I recently graduated from Penn State with a degree in Animal Science, where I studied companion animal behavior, including separation anxiety, reactivity, and enrichment. I currently work at SPCA Westchester as a Humane Education & Outreach Assistant. I care for and handle shelter animals, supervise the volunteers who work with them, and bring animals to community education programs and events. I've also volunteered at Adopt-A-Dog and Rescue Right, doing hands-on daily care for dogs of all sizes and temperaments, and I worked at Rippowam Animal Hospital, which gave me a close look at clinical pet care.
