I’ve always loved animals and have been relied on to care for family and neighbor’s pets for years. I prioritize having contact information in case any emergencies should occur. I took care of my aging mix-breed dog and Dalmatian who required medication and timely bathroom breaks. I’m currently helping raise my sister’s Golden Retriever puppy, and have my own senior dog. I’d love to put together a plan to help take care of your pet-family while you’re away! I’m open to requests for cats and other pets as well!

At home my dog, Lucy, is an inside and outside dog. She’s a senior so her mood can fluctuate, so I have learned how to read her cues. When pet-sitting I follow any directions left by the pet owners. However, when possible, I meet the pet ahead of time to ensure we will not have any issues. I’ve also cared for dogs with specialized diets and specific medication schedules. I understand the importance of following pets’ routines to help them stay consistent and emotionally settled.

I have an 8 month old golden retriever and Ariana has walked her, check in on her, and taken her overnight on several occasions. She is very diligent about Honey’s schedule and goes the extra mile to ensure that she is comfortable and getting her walks in. Without Ariana to assist me I would be at a loss.
Ariana is one of the most responsible, qualified, loving young adults I know to care for any pet. Her professionalism, enthusiasm, and love for our family pet member shows when my old lady pet greets Ariana at the door. I’ve known Ariana for years and worked with her at a dog grooming salon…. Not only was she great at her job, but her love and compassion for the dogs truly showed as she handled each dog like they were her own! She is such a caring and sweet person and she would definitely be your pups best friend if given the chance. My dogs absolutely adore her!

Schedule
I’m currently working Monday through Friday, typical office hours. Because of this, my schedule works best for pet parents who need someone to stay overnights with their pet family, to provide early breakfasts and dinners. I can provide recommendations from two families for which I stayed at their residence for two weeks to care for their dogs. Due to my work location I can only go as far west as Rancho Cucamonga and as far east as Long Beach (along the 110). Please know, I’d love to help if you are in another location, but I have to calculate driving time to my work location :) I am available for drop-ins and walks during the weekends. Sunday mornings vary but please reach out and I can try adjusting my schedule for you! :)
