I work as a caretaker, so I’m available at different times, but it’s flexible. Right now, I would be available for 3 visits a day and would only be away from the house during house sitting about 4 hours a day.

When caring for a pet, I try to read their expressions to understand what they need/want. I will keep them entertained when they want to play and leave them alone when they want to be left alone. I will make sure they’re safe and happy. I like to walk, play, relax, talk with any pet I’m with.

I think it’s important to know when medications need to be taken, allergies, and how much exercise they usually need/can do. It’s good to know if they have disabilities, so I can accommodate. It’s good to know how they react to certain things: sounds, actions, etc. It’s also very important to know how they react with other animals.
A typical day
On a typical day, I would feed breakfast, take for a walk, play, and provide enrichment activities or toys. Maybe go to the park or just a walk around the neighborhood. Treats whenever they’re earned/whenever I feel one should be given. Feed dinner, relax or play.

I will treat your pet like family and make sure they are happy and well taken care of. I want to be someone you and your pet can rely on. I’ve dog/cat/house sat for many people many times and I’ve built a connection with each human and animal different than any other.

Ariana has been such a wonderful sitter over several years for my two Australian Shepherds. She is so caring of them both! She is reliable and takes great care of of them. She stays at my house and is a great houseguest. She would be a wonderful sitter for anyone’s pets!
Ariana did an amazing job taking car of our dogs and chickens. She was super responsive while we were traveling and sent us pictures of the dogs. Our dogs loved her and we were glad to have someone responsible and caring in our house while we were gone.
Ariana cared for our miniature schnauzer during our vacation, and he loved her. She provided frequent pictures and updates so we knew he was well loved while we were away!
