Please Read All Policies Before Booking: •1 Behavioral Policy: Dogs with a history of biting or aggression are not accepted. We have never had a safety issues and we don’t want to start now. If there is an aggression issues you will be asked to pick up your pup immediately. •2 Food Provision: An additional $10 per day will be charged if food is not provided for your dog. It is preferred you bring the food they are used to eating to prevent upset stomachs. •3 Constant Care Option: For uninterrupted supervision (i.e., your dog is not left alone at any time), an extra $40 per day applies. This must be requested in advance; otherwise, standard care procedures will be followed and we may need to run an errand while the dogs get kenneled. Make sure you let us know if you are interested in constant care so we can be sure to accommodate you. •4Parasite Control/ Health : Dogs must be free of fleas and ticks. If detected upon arrival, immediate pickup will be requested. All dogs must be free of diarrhea, vomiting, and continuous, coughing. If your dog seems to be sick and have something contagious, you will be asked to pick up your dog for the safety of every other dog in the household. •5 Vaccination Requirement: All dogs must be current on vaccinations. Copy of records will be requested before the pup walks in. This is a non-negotiable for the safety of your pup and others. •6. Drop off and Pick up hours are scheduled in advance, in 1 hour intervals. Adherence to scheduled drop-off and pick-up times is required. Early or late arrivals that aren't planned disrupt our daily operations since we are a play based dog group. We are not able to go out for pick up and drop off at random times for the safety of all Rover dogs currently inside. Please message about 10 minutes before you arrive for drop off/pick up and we will meet you outside. •7 House Tours: In-person tours are not offered to maintain the comfort of resident dogs and children and other Rover dogs that are currently in the household as well as our homeowners insurance . This is a nonnegotiable, however detailed videos and photos of the facility can be provided upon request. Please do not knock on the front door because this heavily disrupts all the dogs. Please do not pass the gate if it is closed. •8 Late Pick-Up Fee: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Beyond that, a fee of $25 per hour will be charged. Please inform us in advance if delays are anticipated. Late fees will be enforced. Please let us know when you are 10 minutes out so we can prepare for your dogs pick-up and drop-off. -PLEASE be on time for scheduled pick ups and drops off, I will always be on time for you. We do run a tight ship and time is very important. •9 We do not offer any discounts because our prices reflect the hard work, dedication, and attention we provide for the dogs along with over a decade in dog sitting experience. I will always be reliable and on time with open communication. We are a 2 man show, however you may only see one of us during pick up and drop off because the other one is inside with the remaining dogs to make sure they are always supervised. Pick -up and drop-off are all by appointment only. Please communicate if you are going to be late or early so that can be approved. We kindly ask that you do not show up unannounced out of respect for our household. We do run a tight ship but it is your ensure the safety of all dogs currently in our care. I will always be respectful of you , your pup and your time and treat you with professionalism and courtesy, so I ask the same 😊🐾
