Here’s what helps me most: • Any medical needs, allergies, medications, or special diets (including how/when to give them). • Behavioral quirks—like if they’re shy/anxious with new people, protective of food/toys, an escape artist, or have any history of reactivity/aggression (no judgment—honesty helps everyone to prevent incidents!). • Their daily routine (meal times, walk schedule, potty habits, favorite toys/games, or things that calm them). • How they do around other dogs, cats, kids, or strangers. • Any separation anxiety, counter-surfing, or other habits I should watch for. I love working with all kinds of personalities, sunny spots—trails, patio play, toys, and indoor fun—so the more I know ahead of time, the more tailored and enjoyable their stay will be.
