We are just relocating to Austin and I had a short timeline to find a Petsitter for my 2 pups before we left on a 10 day trip overseas. They normally travel with us, as I never like to leave them behind and I was anxious about the timing of everything -the new surroundings, finding someone that they would feel comfortable with on such short notice, etc. I reached out to Ari and she came over to meet the pups and it was clear that she not only loves animals but she understands them. She can see the dynamics, read their personalities, she can understand their communication -the subtle cues that point to their stress level, curiosity, playfulness or discomfort and she knows how to approach in different situations. She was not at all deterred by their quirks (or my anxiety and the long list of background + detailed instructions)! I immediately booked with her and was feeling better about making trip persuasions, but 5 days before I left, both of the pups were ill (a reaction to medication), I had taken them to the vet (also new) and my anxiety over leaving them was very high. Ari and I continued to communicate about their recovery protocols and she was calm + confident that she could handle things in my absence and the pups would be fine. It’s not easy to jump onto a moving train and quickly get your bearings, assess the situation and fill in the voids but she did that beautifully. She went above and beyond giving them their medications, monitoring their eating + hydration and of course keeping me updated on everything. Within a few days I could see that they were steadily recovering under her care and she was gently winning them over. I could see from the pictures that the fear or stress in their eyes had turned to excitement as they bonded with her and trusted her. It’s never easy to leave them, but finding someone like Ari who is so caring and nurturing made it possible. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is as reluctant as I am to leave your precious ones alone as they will be provided nurturing, loving care. I never thought it was possible but my pups have a new friend that they would be excited to see anytime she walks through the door and that’s the highest level of compliment!

Handled my bulldog like a pro! Will use again!

Ari is amazing - she watched our 9-month old puppy for a long weekend. She gave me daily updates and pictures, followed my lengthy care instructions and we came back to a spotless house. It was anxious leaving our puppy for the first time ever and she was so accommodating and gave me peace of mind. I already booked her for 2 other trips!!

Ari was fantastic. From the moment I booked, she was super responsive and proactive about setting up a meet and greet. She asked all the right questions, got up to speed quickly, and made me feel completely comfortable leaving both my dogs and my home in her care. While I was away, communication was seamless. She sent great updates and photos, kept me posted on everything going on at the house, and just handled things without me ever having to think twice. Most importantly, my dogs clearly loved her and were incredibly well taken care of. The house was in perfect shape when I got back too. 10 out of 10, would absolutely use Ari again and highly recommend her. My only hesitation in writing this is she might get too popular and I won’t be able to book her next time, which honestly says everything.

Ari is awesome. I’m so glad that we found her. She does such an amazing job and is so sweet. She’s the best truly!

This was my second time using Ari and she was amazing again! She was responsive and quick to get back to my last minute request. She sends great updates and pics. She is the best!
