Ari is a truly outstanding dog sitter who provided the best care possible for my dog, Bubbles. From the very beginning, she demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and a genuine love for animals. She asked thoughtful and detailed questions about Bubbles’ daily routine, eating habits, personality, and any special care she might need. I felt completely at ease knowing Bubbles would be staying with someone who was fully prepared and truly attentive. Bubbles stayed at Ari’s home, and the environment was calm, clean, and welcoming. Ari made sure Bubbles felt comfortable and safe from the moment she arrived. Bubbles can be a little shy in new places, but Ari’s gentle approach helped her settle in quickly. She created a peaceful space where Bubbles could relax, play, and feel at home. Throughout the stay, Ari kept in touch with regular updates, including photos and short videos that clearly showed how happy and relaxed Bubbles was. I appreciated the communication so much, and it meant everything to see Bubbles lounging, wagging her tail, or playing with her toys. Ari followed every instruction I left, from meal portions and walk times to bedtime routines. I could tell she was paying close attention and taking her responsibilities seriously. When I picked Bubbles up, she was calm, happy, and completely herself. She showed no signs of anxiety or stress, and she had clearly been cared for with love and attention. It was obvious that Ari had treated her like part of the family. The transition back home was easy because Bubbles had such a positive and comfortable experience. Ari’s home was well kept and pet-friendly, and she was respectful, trustworthy, and reliable in every way. It is rare to find someone who combines genuine care with clear communication and responsibility the way she does. I am truly grateful for the care Ari provided. Bubbles and I had a wonderful experience, and I will not hesitate to book with her again in the future. I highly recommend Ari to anyone looking for a kind, dependable, and attentive dog sitter who treats your pet like her own.

Not trustworthy. My dog has severe anxiety around other dogs. Ari agreed to sit my dog at a property with no other dogs, but moved my dog to a property were there was another big dog without letting me know. This was the most important requirement, and she violated my trust. My dog came back to me really anxious and acting strange. I booked over a month in advance and I confirmed multiple times that there would be no other dogs or to give me a few days notice if there was so I could make alternate arrangements. The night before my booking, Ari told me she got another booking with a larger dog. She told me she would ensure they didn’t have any contact, but that wasn’t an option as my dog becomes distressed even when he’s in the same space as other dogs. As a solution, she told me she could sit Ducky at her family’s house nearby where no dogs would be present. I agreed to this arrangement. After the sit, I discovered that Ari had taken Ducky back to her original house where the bigger dog was staying. She did not notify me of this. She chose to bring my dog back into an uncomfortable situation despite how much I communicated this would distress Ducky. She defended this choice saying that the dogs did not have any contact - but I had mentioned before the sit that even being in the same space was not ok. She also did not follow feeding instructions and overfed Ducky. When I got Ducky back, he was incredibly anxious and has been acting strange ever since. He also vomited. This has never happened with other sitters. It’s been heartbreaking for me to know Ducky was put in a distressing situation I tried to avoid and to see him so anxious after the sit. I put my trust in this sitter, but that trust was violated and our most important wishes were not followed.

Awesome. Came through on short notice. Enjoyed the service and our dog was happy.

Ari was great, so sweet to our little puppy. He had a great time playing in her yard and going on adventures to the pet store. We really appreciated her open line of communication and friendly, caring vibe. Thanks Ari!
