I work from 8 AM to 4 PM on weekdays, which leaves my afternoons, evenings, and weekends fully open for pet care. My weekends are completely free, allowing me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets I care for.

I live in a pet-friendly second-floor apartment with plenty of space. I'm just a short walk from a nearby dog park, which makes daily exercise and playtime easy and fun. Whether in my home or a client’s, I prioritize safety by keeping a close eye on pets, maintaining a calm environment, and following each pet’s routine closely. I treat every pet like family—making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable throughout their stay.

A typical day
A typical day with the pets I watch starts with making sure they’re fed, happy, and have had some time outside (or a clean litter box if they're indoor-only). I like to stick to their usual routine so they feel comfortable and at ease. Throughout the day, I make sure they get plenty of attention,whether that’s walks, playtime with toys, belly rubs, or just hanging out and keeping them company. If they’re high-energy, I’ll take them on longer walks or play fetch. If they’re more mellow, we might just lounge around together or go on a relaxed stroll. I always love incorporating a little fun, like training games or puzzles, to keep them mentally stimulated too. My goal is to make sure your pet is not only safe, but also entertained and loved while you’re away!

I’ve raised two cats from playful kittens to loving seniors, and have cat-sat for several friends and family over the years. I'm familiar with different personalities and needs—from shy or independent cats to cuddly and playful ones—and I always take the time to make them feel comfortable and cared for. Whether it's administering medication, maintaining a feeding routine, or simply giving them space and affection, I treat every cat like my own.

I had a sitter fall through and Argenis was willing to take my cat with less than 24 hour notice. My cat, who can be anxious, was very happy at his place and I was sent daily videos and pictures. I would definitely book with Argenis again!
So attentive to miso with pics every day!
I left my cat with Argenis for boarding over Memorial Day weekend, and since I couldn’t leave him one of the nights, he kept him an extra night before the scheduled time I needed. He also sent pictures throughout his stay, which really helped reassure me. Dior was in great hands and seemed super happy during his stay. I’ll definitely be booking again!
