Long-time animal carer as a volunteer/for friends
I have been caring for dogs and cats for 20+ years as I have had my own pets, I have volunteered as an animal carer, or I have sat pets of friend and neighbors. I have experience of caring for pets across age groups as well as health conditions. I am good at understanding the needs of animals and able to administer medication, etc.

Archana was ever so kind and attentive to Dill, keeping me updated beautifully and he clearly had the most wonderful time.
I have known Archana for many years who with her husband Anurag(who I was happy to recommend to Rover) She is a caring informed dog owner and wonderful supporter for those who have needed her advice and assistance, without doubt the dogs lucky enough to be recipients of this love would back me. I call it having the 'paw on the pulse'.As an assessor of dogs applying to be therapy dogs I am very aware and sensitive to these issues.Prior to coming to the UK she worked with rescue dogs in India and her knowledge and understanding of dog behaviour and needs is heartwarming to observe.
I call Archana a dog/cat-whisperer as she has this unreal ability to read an animal's mind and knows exactly what the animal wants/needs. She is a very caring pet-sitter and is always well-prepared. I have seen her manage dogs of all ages and various types of special needs. She also prioritises exercise needs for dogs and regularly takes them for a beach walk or to the park.

Schedule
Although I have a full-time job, I have a lot of flexibility as I work from home and I can juggle my time through the day along with pet-sitting.

Safety, trust & environment
I have dogs of my own but I can keep a guest dog in my home as we have spare room(s)/space. I also have a decent-sized garden. I have a small and a large crate too

A typical day
I live near a couple of beaches so we could do beach walks. I could also do long hikes on the South Downs as they are not far away. Else, there are multiple parks nearby and we could do urban walks
